Unacceptable handling of guest vehicles – no support after complaint The hotel staff parked our car far from the hotel, hidden near an abandoned building and dense vegetation. Scratches on the car were clearly visible. Thanks to the GPS tracker, we managed to locate it ourselves. Despite reporting the issue at reception and via email, we received no response. Completely unprofessional. Guests – be very careful where they park your vehicle. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Renovation of 3-star hotel: it has several flaws for being a 5-star. On the day of our arrival, since the room was not ready, we left our bags at the reception and went to the beach. In the evening, when we returned from the beach, our luggage was still at the reception and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get it back to our room. Restaurant without toilet: you have to go to the one at reception. Spacious, modern but noisy room: at night you can hear all the voices of passers-by and the noises from the corridor (including a dog barking from a nearby room) and from the upper floor. Although the hotel reserves two sunbeds and an umbrella per room, the The beach is promiscuous (perhaps public) with noisy people and not at all relaxing: children everywhere 😩 The private Jacuzzi is stuck on the balcony, exposed to the nearby condominiums and also dangerous at the parapet. The hotel car park is not in the building but they take the car to an unspecified car park nearby. Check out time is 10am….. and we are in a 5 star hotel!!!!! Poor quality breakfast, very long waits, unequipped buffet. And finally: if you want to stay on the beach on the day of check-out you have to pay extra😩 Never again!

Bad beds, bad Internet, bad coffee
I hardly write reviews but this hotel was so bad so I have to do this. I stayed in many hotels all over the world but I would say this was the worst!
Good location pretty beach but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
We stayed August 2020 for three nights never seen a cleaning service because the cleaning lady leaves at noon! They keep your key to park the car and if you want it back you need to tell them two hours in advance for like three or four times. The keys for all the cars they’ll put in some unsecure drawer.
The beds are uncomfy very small and just awful the bathroom was so weird designed and very small. The partial view to the ocean means when you sit on the restroom you can see the ocean. The view from the balcony was over pretty greenery but above the public parking spot...For almost hundred dollars a night this is just ridiculous. Coffee was awful and the croissants are the smallest I’ve ever seen in my life but cost 1 euro/ piece...
There are plenty of other places which are great and in the same location so I would choose something else
