Hotel Austria in Caorle

When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, ******* could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next stop/break. I appreciate very much that they called back, telling us a possibility to drive to the hotel after 8pm, when most traffic through Caorle is blocked. So everything was fine in the end. Still my feed-back to the hotel would be that they should double check their forwarding system for phone calls. This will make life easier for future guests trying to reach the hotel on the day of arrival :-)

Nice Hotel in a good location, a nice organized summer destination with long Mediterranean beach, But the best in Caorle...... Claudia the Hotel friendly manager on site, she took really good care of the Portuguese Duathlon team participating in the European Championship, we can only say thank you for all your help, you have been there all the time helping finding solutions for all our needs, working from morning till night every single day of our stay and always with a smile and the most friendly approach, Claudia is amazing asset for the Hotel experience.

Great place. That receptionist (Claudia) is really overworked, but she's handling it great, though. Keep up the good work!

Hello, it was a very clean hotel, staff great and very helpful. Food was very tasty, always fresh goods, and enough. The hotel is like a family with the hotel guests, very, very nice. Still had a drink in the evening very low prices and everything was fresh. Only to be recommended .. Thank you very much for the great service.

Strategic location, clean and very well kept hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Maybe a little expensive but I think in the average of the like.
