A small hotel with a family atmosphere in a very good location in the city, with friendly staff. The only thing missing from the rooms: a refrigerator to cool Peroni and wine :-)
The price includes parking in the large parking lot near the hotel, as well as sunbeds/umbrella on the beach.

The hotel is located in the city center. I spent my days relaxing at the beach, which is less than 5 minutes away, and had the best time. The bus station is very close, therefore it was also simple to reach Venice. The owner was very kind and made me feel at home. I will definitely be back soon! Highly Recommended!

It should be noted the convenient location of the hotel. 5 minutes from the beach and a supermarket, 7 minutes from the bus stop with buses to Punta Sabotini (from there you can take a boat to Venice). By the way, bus tickets can be bought at the machine at the bus stop.
The hotel consists of a building of 5 floors (rooms on floors 1-3. The building is renovated, you can’t immediately say that the original building was built in the 50s of the 20th century. The hotel has an elevator. A nice bonus: the opportunity to use bicycles.
The room is clean (cleaned every day). The beds are standard (I'm 1.95 and my feet barely fit) and clean. The linen is fresh. Towels were changed daily and there are plenty of them. There is a TV, but I did not find channels in non-Italian language (there are music ones). Roller blinds are dense, which allows you to sleep even after sunrise. The bathroom is of sufficient size and is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. The light above the mirror did not turn on. Toiletries (soap/shampoo) are renewable. Stocks of toilet paper replenished. The room has spacious wardrobes. The air conditioner worked well and kept the right temperature. The big minus is the lack of a refrigerator in the room. Although the English and German versions of the hotel's website indicate its availability, and this initially influenced the choice of the hotel.
The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, consistent every day (which is a plus for me as I like to follow a familiar path). Delicious coffee is in the machine. During the day, coffee and drinks are available at the hotel’s bar and one can drink them on the terrace.
The room price includes an umbrella and two sun loungers on the beach. You get your exact spot on the beach (which is the rule for most hotels in the city). The beach is wide and long, full of of light yellow sand. The entrance to the sea is gentle, which is especially convenient for families with young children. There is a bar on the beach where you can buy snacks and drinks. There are showers and changing cabins.
The staff is friendly and smiling, they have basic knowledge of English and German. Although I should note that they did not allow us to check out at 12 o'clock (check-out is no later than 10 am).

Parking (not far from the hotel) and beach chairs with umbrella (beach 2-3 minutes away from the hotel) included in the booking price.
Breakfast was tasty, next to savory dishes there are also sweet, cold and warm drinks.
Staff very friendly and helpful. We asked for bicycles which were also available free of charge.
Wifi worked very well. Rooms are very clean, the furniture is older but doesn't look run down and ugly.
I would book here again at any time.
The two of us had a room with a balcony, there was enough space for us.
At breakfast you can also sit outside in the open air, which I personally found very great.
The only negative was that there was no fridge in the room.

Excellent hotel. With wonderful service. Helpful hosts. The location is amazing, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms have balconies. Room cleaning daily. Change of towels daily. Breakfast is quite good. The only problem is there is no fridge in the rooms. It is not critical, but uncomfortable. I advise everyone.

Value for money.
Average room facilities with a nice bathroom and balcony, air conditioning and small TV.
Very friendly hotel staff.
Private, locked parking lot available, as well as 2 loungers with umbrellas per room on the beach.
All in all a good overall package for the low room rate.

For the courtesy of the staff, I would like to return as soon as possible, they made me feel at home they are always smiling and available !!! The breakfast is delicious even with homemade cakes and plentiful !!! Parking included in the price and deck chairs and umbrella. The property is located in the center of it all and this gives you ample choices for beautiful walks. I thank all the staff and as I said before I hope to return soon !!
