Hotel Bettina in Lido di Jesolo

The location to restaurants and the water is absolutely the best. The reception staff is average, they do their job.

Room: DISASTER, dirty floor, bathroom absolutely disgusting. Beds like from barracks. The only nice thing were the beautiful curtains.

Breakfast: classic - ham, cheese, pastries, coffee machine and juice.

I have to give special praise to the lady who served breakfast: very nice, smiling and skillful, always clean dishes and clean tables.

This hotel is really bad. I gave two stars only because housekeeping was trying their best. It should have been renovated about 10 years ago. The restaurant is run by people who have no idea about hospitality and the food is bad too. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am very disappointed in this hotel.
Starting from the fact that the room and the balcony were dusty, ending with the fact that A HAIR DRYER BURST INTO FLAMES IN MY HANDS. It was life-threatening, but no moral damages were paid. The hair dryer could not be turned off in any way, because it was attached to the wall and it continued to burn, we had to turn off the electricity in the whole room. We were moved from a room with two separate beds to a room with only one. They said there was no other option. I had to sleep with my colleague in the same bed. We checked out the next day, one day earlier. The hotel left a very negative impression, I do not recommend it to anyone.

DON'T GO THERE!

We stayed at this hotel for one night with our 7yo daughter. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Really dont undestand how can somebody give 5*. I can say just: NEVER AGAIN! This hotel in not even 1 star!

There was a strong smell in common areas all the time. Our room (2 rooms - connected) were dirty with a strong smell in the bathroom. Terrace was not cleaned for the years. Cleaning lady left a dirty towels on the floor. Terrace doors were open and unable to close so anybody can enter to our room this way. Air condition pannel was broken and you can see (and touch) all electronic and wires. Mirror in the bathroom was broken and just lying on the sink. All wires open ant touchable - very dangerous, especially for childrens. In elevator, control pannel was also broken with visible screws and wires.

Breakfast was a big fun. OK, some selection of salami and cheese, 2 coffe machines and one juice machine (this only was functional). One coffe machine was unfunctional, in second one there was just stamp "NO MILK" so forgot about cappuccino, lattte .... just any brown liquid. InI can feel that the staff was there not for help you, but for surveillance.

All our stay in this parrody to the hotel was a horrible experience and wasting our money and time. It does not worth even 50€/day. Only possitive thing was a proximity of the beach.

+ Hotel is at the 2nd row from sea, near shops, restaurants ...
- Breakfast is simple a food was not bad, but from 2 coffe machines one was not working, in second one there was no milk so you cannot nade an latté, or coffe with milk. Very simmilar situation was with juice machine. Definetelly not a 3* hotel breakfast. We ordered a 3 bed room. Room was smelly, lock on the terrace door was broken so we have to keep it unlocked all the times (terrace was easilly accessible from main corridor - so our room as well). Cleaning woman left dirty towels from previous guest in the room. In the bathroom the mirror was laid down at the sink with wisible power lines - ideal for stay with children ... Terrace was not cleaned for months, chears were broken. In the hotel there is some kind of smell, but in our room the smell was sometimes very intensive. WC flusher buttons were very dorty and sticky.

They don't clean my room for 3 days, then I complain to reception but not help me at all
the only thing she give me bedsheets to change by myself and clean my room.so I'm not recommended this place
