Very nice hotel with great services. Nice clean interior, very good breakfast with see view. Nice clean rooms with fan and air condition. We used this hotel during out road trip. Great place for trips to Venice.

Please note that this is not a review of the hotel but my reaction to the rudeness of a particular person and the ridiculousness of the situation. There’s a beautiful white grand piano in the restaurant and my only question was WHY couldn’t the instrument be played. I got no explanation except “ it is just not possible “ - which was absolutely not the answer to my question. In a country of so much art and music grand pianos are used for decoration only and for attracting customers. Shame shame shame on you,people!

We had a wonderful time here as a family. The hotel's location is fantastic—right by the beach and in the heart of the marketplace. The rooms are very clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast selection is diverse and of high quality. The only criticism I have is that sunbeds are not included in the price. Since we had made a reservation in advance, we had to pay for the sunbed fees even on the days we didn't use them.

A lovely situated, clean and comfortable hotel. Great, spacious rooms, professional and caring staff, polite and competent receptionists. The atmosphere is gorgeous, a stylish place. Delicious food and a lovely bar.

We had a 10 day holiday stay at the hotel and I can not think about anything I would suggest to change. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and kind which made a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms always nice and clean. The staff ready to help you with anything you can think of. It was unquestionably an amazing and relaxing holiday. Thank you 😇

The Hotel is in a very good shape. Modern and very clean.
Staff is very friendly.
Beach is very close.
Only 1 umbrella with two beds are for free for one room.
The room is a bit small but it’s ok.
Breakfast buffet is great!

The only negative was, that dogs are not allowed at the beach.

This is our 3rd year visiting & we love it here! Fantastic food; breakfast & dinner! Super clean rooms! Warm, friendly, professional staff! Parking & beach chairs are included! If you have an issue, talk with the staff & they will try to fix it!

Yes, there is only one elevator but you do not have to wait long usually.
The rooms are not small. They’re usual sizes unless you bring a lot of stuff with you.
Dinner was late? It’s Italy! 7:30pm is not late.

For the price you pay, you get a fantastic value (a steal really)!

The rooms are small and bit old fashioned. Still, we will definitively come back as we like its charme. Everything is super clean and the hotel has a beautiful location with wonderful view, great food and drinks. Super nice people in the team like Simona and Walter help with all questions and make you feel very welcome.

The staff was so friendly. We had a slight problem with our AC & the manager came up to fix it (the person staying prior to us had messed with it). It worked so great after that. The hotel is very nice. It’s clean, comfortable, & overall fantastic. It comes with parking included, approximately 2 blocks away but not bad at all (& the parking staff are also great). Breakfast had many selections & was delicious. You also have a beach chair reserved for you. Hotel is beautiful inside & out. It is not for those looking for over the top glamour. It’s more of a beautiful but simple Italian hotel. Great for anyone. I saw where someone complained about the room sizes. The room we had was very comfortable. We had plenty of room. However, we didn’t have a lot of stuff with us. Only essential things; so, I guess it depends on what you take. Also, someone complained in a earlier review that there was only one elevator & it was small. This is true but, even so, we never had to wait super long for the elevator. We loved it & will definitely be back.

Good spritz, .. shame that they brought soggy popcorn instead of the usual chips, pointed out and changed, but they were still soggy

Exceptional snacks, very helpful even with 4-legged friends, having forgotten our furry's lunch at home, they offered us water and greedy slices of turkey without wanting anything in return.
The house club is highly recommended and in the summer the various cocktails to be enjoyed with patience !!
