Hotel Toledo in Lido di Jesolo

I spent a few wonderful days at Hotel Toledo and I can say that it was an inspired choice for me and my family. Although the rooms are not very large, they are perfectly sufficient for a comfortable family holiday. We chose a modern room, very well maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable — you can feel the care for details in this hotel. You won't find a speck of dust.
One of the hotel's strengths is, without a doubt, the absolutely fabulous breakfast! You can find everything, but especially an impressive variety of sweets: cakes, pastries, tarts, croissants, brownies and other desserts that will win you over from the first hour. I don't think any other hotel in Lido Di Jesolo can boast such a rich and delicious offer of sweets for breakfast.
Dinner was also a pleasant surprise — every evening we had around 4 courses available, all cooked with taste and skill.
Another aspect that we really liked was the possibility to rent (free of charge) bicycles directly from the hotel — every evening we walked around the city, a great way to explore the area at a relaxing pace.
The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, which further contributes to the feeling of comfort and hospitality.
The hotel is very well located, in a central area, close to all points of interest, and for the beach there are sun loungers (for a fee) right by the water, at a more advantageous price than those on the beach reserved through kiosks.
Overall, the quality-price ratio is excellent, and the services offered made me give this hotel 5 stars without hesitation. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and carefree stay in Lido Di Jesolo

For that price good choice. But There are a few things that bothered me.

Only negative:
- !!! I absolutely do not understand how they can do this, that they will take your ID/passport for a few hours and tell you that they need to take a photo and copy it. At most, they can write my number but not take it and have it displayed at the reception. When I asked in other hotels, they told me that it is a crime and illegal.!!! BE CAREFUL AND DON’T BE FOOLED.

- the same breakfast every day and little choice of food

- 20€ for a sunbed and umbrella per day seems like a lot (if you take it for more than 3 days it is 13€ per day) + very terrible organization on the beach

- The parking space is small

The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom in the evenings. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, but the staff seemed tense and unwelcoming during service. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, which feels a bit early for a holiday setting. Arriving closer to that time—around 9:00 AM—seemed to irritate the waitstaff.
Overall, the experience was okay.

Prior to arrival the hotel staff were easily contactable by email and happily organised a private transfer to ans from the airport. On arrival they were very friendly and gave us all of the information required throughout our stay. It seemed we were the only English guests in the hotel and possibly the whole of Lido di Jesolo! All staff members and the owners understood and spoke very good English whilst we fumbled our way through Italian greetings as best we could! Accomodation: We booked 4 rooms, 1 was kindly upgraded. The 2 Smart rooms were on the top floor and of a good size, the ceiling height was low in areas but this did not affect our use. The air conditioning units were very good and kept the rooms cool throughout our stay. The modern double rooms were slightly bigger with a more neutral decor and electric shutters to block the light and sun rays from the balcony. All rooms were fully equipped with a fridge and safe for use, bathrooms had good showers in spacious cubical. Different sized towels, soap and the welcome addition of a beach towel was so useful! The housekeepers were very friendly and kept the rooms beautifully clean everyday. The balconies all had table and chairs with an ash tray and a washing line with pegs. We had everything we needed in the rooms. Food: We stayed half board. Breakfast had a great buffet selection for all preferences. Constantly replenished range of bread, pastries, cakes, ham, cheese, yogurt, fresh & dried fruit, cereals, preserves, scrambles eggs & bacon. Dinner was ordered on a menu the night before each meal. The buffet starter offered fresh salad, roasted vegetables, bread, cheese, ham and a different selection of cooked foods e.g. Arancini, garlic bread, fish, savoury rice, potato salad. The first main course was pre-ordered from 4 options of pasta, risotto, soup, yogurt, juice dishes. The second main course was also a choice of 4 usually meat and fish dishes with a vegetable or potato side. All dishes were perfect portion sizes, tasty and often something that we hadn't tried before but we enjoyed! Dessert was verbally offered, always a choice of ice cream or fruit and 2 other options e.g. Tiramsu, creme caramel, chocolate pudding, chocolate salami, profiterole, fruit tart. Such a great idea- Order a bottle of wine for dinner and if you don't finish it will be chilled and back on the table ready for your next meal. Beach: The hotel has recently had to charge for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach but still keep the prices lower than other hotels. The beach was just a short walk across the road, we were able to stop at the mini market for snacks and drinks on our way. The sunbeds were close to toilets, showers and snack bars so a perfect place to stay the whole day. The beach had a volley ball net, boules area, slide pedalos and banana boat rides available with a 'beer hub' cart moving up and down the sea line throughout the day offering refreshments. The sea was calm, clear and very sligh

Overall everything was good and everyone was very friendly.

Nice hotel in the center of Jesolo, very friendly staff and well-arranged spaces. The structure has many recently renovated rooms such as the dining room, bicycles are available and the beach a stone's throw away is a convenience as is the parking. The kind owner has always been very kind and thoughtful.

On the occasion of the 2023 Air Show we were looking for accommodation close to the central part of the display line with a good quality-price compromise and we found it in the Hotel Toledo. A few steps from access 13, we had a family room (two rooms each with a bathroom), mini fridge to keep drinks and medicines cool, air conditioning (never used), two TVs, wi-fi and hairdryer. Two beach towels were also included, but not knowing this, we had brought them from home. Included in the price are two umbrellas and 4 sunbeds at the Casa Bianca establishment and a parking space at the nearby Park Casa Bianca, uncovered but shaded by tall poplar trees. All easily accessible even to people with reduced mobility. Given the prices that are circulating, we opted for half board: buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory, (compliments for the cakes!), dinner with appetizer and side dishes buffet, a first course and a second course (to be chosen the day before from four alternatives each different every day) and desserts to choose from at the end of the meal: all really good and cared for. Drinks to be paid for separately, and whatever is left over is put on the table for the next meal. A special mention goes to all the staff: helpful, welcoming and always present, with great discretion. Very ready to respond and assist the customer even after the holiday is over. Beware of those who prefer open windows to air conditioning in the north-east rooms: early in the morning you may be woken up by operations related to garbage disposal... which fortunately is there and keeps everything clean and tidy despite the loads of tourists! Professional and very polite welcome. Very nice clean rooms and super breakfast.. the hotel is located in a strategic area for everything!!! I will definitely be back also the very friendly beach service
