This is the third time as a family we have stayed at the hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. In a great location near beach, waterpark and hour from Venice. Rooms are quite large and cater for families which is great, although decor could be updated a little. Beautiful location right on the beach, pool and beaching spot with umbrella included. Well worth purchasing the breakfast and dinners, food was very nice, lots of choice and fresh fruit, salad, vegetables, bread, cheese and meats included. Firstly this hotel is in a great location, on the beach close to shops and easy to get to bus stops to get further. The rooms are quite small but they are not old. Mattress was quite comfy and AC worked fine. The only missing thing was more options at breakfast. There was nothing cooked hot except for hard boiled eggs. Only 2 types of veggie - cucumber and tomato. The pool was small but never too crowded, also beach is very close.

This hotel took us nearly 3 hours to get to from the Venice Train station. Between the water taxi and bus system…..It is very far from Venice proper….The breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular… rooms are spacious & and the bathrooms were modernized which was nice. Overall we had amazing experience - beachfront, the pools, food, service. Just be aware that the Economy rooms are really tiny - it's mostly fine for 2 but if you travel with child, you need a bigger room. The only downside was that the diners start at 19:30. Again for adults it's no big deal, but our son (and other kids too) was getting really tired soon into the diner.

Place is ok. Went to use the in-room glasses only to notice they were used and dirty upon pouring into the second one. Pool area is cute and beach is easily accessible. I can barely fit on the toilet as the sink is jammed in front of it. I smile everytime I walk in at the desk but they rarely lookup or smile back. You hear a lot of noise too. Parking is a nightmare.
