A hotel that, honestly, wouldn't be worth more than €60 a night, and perhaps €100 just for being in a seaside location. The staff is extremely aloof and unhelpful: when I simply asked for a room on a lower floor, I was told curtly that "you take what the office decides." No attempt was made to accommodate or find a solution. The rooms are old and poorly maintained: the shower was practically destroyed, and the space was so cramped that even moving around was difficult. The size is not even remotely suitable for a comfortable stay. The bed was embarrassingly uncomfortable. I stayed in a double room for single use and had to put a pillow under my back to get a decent night's sleep. The stay definitely fell short of expectations. I wouldn't return.

The only good things about this hotel are its proximity to the beach, the pool, and the view from the 15th floor. Otherwise, it's an adventure, to put it mildly!

The elevator takes forever to arrive, and worst of all, one day there was no water, and there was no shower, toilet, or sink in the bathroom. It worked again after about an hour, but that shouldn't happen.

I stayed here for just one night in a very small triple room with a sea view. For one night, it's more than enough. The furnishings are quite dated, with a very 1970s feel to them. The stair railings are a sign of the room's need for a good refresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast: the croissants seemed stale; they were over-glazed, resulting in a cloying and soggy texture. The dishes weren't perfectly clean. The scrambled eggs were really good. Poor value for money.

We had a great time, the staff were very friendly and the value for money was excellent. We are very satisfied. The food is excellent and the waiters are friendly and helpful. The beach is very well organized.

The beach is very wide and the sea is decent. Piazza Milano is a guarantee. Rooms are nice but always cleaned too late, the food isn't exciting, and the young people at reception are very good. Overall, average with a wonderful sea view.

I came with my family in August. The friendliness, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff made our stay very pleasant. I also recommend dinner and breakfast at the hotel, as it has a rich and excellent buffet. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful, very relaxing holiday. The welcome and courtesy of the staff (the reception staff, especially Ms. Diana, are fantastic) were truly a pleasant surprise; we'll be back! The rooms we stayed in were spacious, always clean, and the floor maids were very helpful. The direct access to the hotel's private beach and the use of the pool were remarkable.
