We had such a horrible experience with this hotel. They are thieves. Our flight was cancelled due to an airline strike and we let them know 48 hours before check-in. We asked to change the reservation to a few days later, however, they refused. They were extremely rude and inflexible. We managed to arrive in time for the second night of our reservation, however, when we went to check in, they advised us that they had sold our room to someone else and that they didn't have a room for us. They didn't even notify us. Not only were we literally homeless after 24 hours of travel, they refused to refund us, stealing $500 from us, and making money on our room twice. Please, take your business somewhere else. These people are disgusting.

I didn't stay...three days before check in I was messaged to say they were closing and arrangements were made for me to stay at the nearby Hotel Diana...very nice!

Rooms are quite small, but the balcony is even smaller. There is only one chair. Breakfast is better than expected. Location is very convenient, parking 300m away, with cost of 5€/ per day.

1 min walk to the beach, 5 min to the parking lot nearby. Rooms as in the pictures, punctual daily cleaning service, good sweet breakfast variety

Clean, modern room and ensuite, nice touch to have pegs and line on little balcony to dry beach stuff. So close to beach, was lovely strolling back to use loo or pick up forgotten book, etc! No kettle or fridge but not a problem, little shop round the corner selling drinks, fruit, snacks etc. Reception were so helpful, helping us with bus info for our day trip to Venice, thankyou! Easy to walk from main bus station and only €4 from airport to Lido di Jeselo via bus. Great stay with my daughter, thanks Hotel Helvetia!

It was excellent for the what you want at Jesolo. A bed and shower to sleep, shower, and change.

Very Central to Everything !
My stay was for 6 nites and I was impressed by the level of service. The morning continental breakfast was a nice touch and the server was extremely friendly and spoke good English. The hotel also had a bar and decent restaurant which I had a couple of dinners with wine for less than 30 euros. The location is a 2 min walk to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The only negative is the room was quite small with no bar fridge to store cold drinks. The little outdoor balcony was a nice place to have a beer or glass of wine and relax after a day at the beach.

I definitely recommend to all travellers to Jesolo.

Good spritz, .. shame that they brought soggy popcorn instead of the usual chips, pointed out and changed, but they were still soggy

Exceptional snacks, very helpful even with 4-legged friends, having forgotten our furry's lunch at home, they offered us water and greedy slices of turkey without wanting anything in return.
The house club is highly recommended and in the summer the various cocktails to be enjoyed with patience !!
