Staff is Wonderful and really helpful.
I think maybe it could be personal but very uncomfortable beds. Pillows are really low quality. Rooms are very simple.

Dont go to this hotel. They are scammers. I tried cancelling my stay and agreed with the receptionist I would get my money back. Instead of giving me my refund they told booking.com I am a no show, so they could get more money out of my pocket.

I had to cancel my reservation due to a terminal illness in the family, and I expected some compassion and understanding. Instead, I was met with complete indifference. The response I received was a cold one-liner stating that I cannot cancel or postpone my reservation free of charge, which I understand as per policy. However, what truly enraged me was the receptionist's outright rudeness and dismissiveness. When I called to explain my situation, she responded with a disrespectful, "what's so urgent to you, I am checking in a guest." This level of arrogance and lack of empathy is utterly disgraceful. How can a hospitality center claim to offer service when their staff exhibits such contempt and hostility? Absolutely unacceptable.

The concept and story behind Casa colori are very nice, it was created with some social purpose .
The room was quite basic, but offered everything needed for a quick night stop as we did during our business trip.
Very good value for money, with a competitive price and breakfast included.
The staff at reception and buffet was very kind.
Breakfast was a buffet, with a variety of sweet and salty food, enough for a good kick off of the day. Location is good, in the perimeter right outside city center
