We have reserved 30 rooms from Hallmark Tours and we all are on vacations from USA. This is one of the worst hotel i ever stayed. AC is not working at all in all the rooms we complained so many times. Staff is so rude they don’t want to listen even complain.

Nice little hotel with underneath spa. Rooms have recently been restored and are extra clean. Prices are very affordables: 120 erous for a two day staying, double room with private bath, and breakfast and access to pool included. The spa is little but nice, with warm thermal water, sauna and lots of different bubble massages. Personnel very kind abd helpful. You don't need to carry swim towels, bathrobe, slippers, swim cap. For only 10 euro they give you a complete spa or bath kit. Only pity it not have an outdoor swimming pool.

It was terrible! The place is filthy.
The room stunk like cigarettes. The shower was broken and the clogged drain was filling the bottom of the shower with dirt.
A pillow case was dirty of what did look like make up. The breakfast table cloth was stained and the food offered was of very poor quality.
And in the end we have been yelled at the checkout from the old man behind the front desk because our Australian driving license weren't considered an ID, not even in Australia, according to his ignorance. Obviously after he took our money.
The spa was ok although it needed maintenance.
What a disgrace!!!

That's a place I like. A relatively small enterprise, family run. It's intimate, everybody knows you by name. Wonderful typical, veneto cuisine and you can, mostly ask for almost anything for dinner.
Valentino the manager and his whole family are great.
