There was something seriously wrong with the computer at the reception. I was in my room when another guest came in with a key the reception gave him. When we went down to ask what is that, they said the computer made a mistake. Then I made an online booking for one more night and they could not find it in the computer for several hours, again it was the computer’s blame. Ok.

It a nice hotel, clean, knit but too much noise. One can hear the next room all what they are saying and people talking in corridors at all times. It's not a quite place for resting. But staffs are nice, very welcome

There was a concert going on in the area, so the hotel was packed. I had to choose this hotel on the south side, but the price was the most expensive during those days—I think it was three to four times the normal price. Clean and comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. A short walk from the centre so well located for the highlights of Padua such as the Basilica of St Anthony and the Scrovegni Chapel with its amazing paintings by Giotto.

The price for a quadruple room with breakfast in Europe is really amazing, and the breakfast is also very rich. If you are driving to Venice, it is highly recommended. There are also very large supermarkets nearby where you can buy all kinds of food and daily necessities as souvenirs to bring back home for friends. It is close to the local community and the restaurant prices are reasonable.

Poor service at the reception requested for bottle of water and he refused to send someone to my room I had to go all the way downstairs leaving my kids alone in the room we were 4 persons and only provide d 1 bottle of water below standard comparing to crown plaza's standard and breakfast was ok few options and wasn't tasty

The hotel is far from the airport because it's more for businesses (industrial), it has a small stand shower which didn't bother me. The Breakfast is great, fresh, and cheap. The room was clean and the breakfast was good, and the parking lot was spacious and nice. However, the desk staff's response was stiff, too businesslike, and unfriendly, which was disappointing.

I did not receive the VIP offers. We’re all the location is really good to go walking in sight. We didn’t like the shower because the way that the screen is placed create a lot of spill into the shower. Breakfast was excellent.

I have lived in Padova for 30 years the location of Le Camp suite and spa is the best. Very modern and clean, my favorite hotel in Padova!

Walter and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Not only were they extremely helpful with our car parking, but they even started breakfast early so we could have something in our stomachs before a long trip. We stayed as a family in April 2023, overall it was pleasant, excellent value for money. I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working....

Avoid booking rooms with mountain views. The water treatment boilers located beneath the windows are noisy. Furthermore, neighboring buildings block the mountain views.

Appearance of the hotel, many pools and spa treatments are unique. The hotel is very stylishly. What can be improved is the function of the aircondition in the fitnessroom and not least maintenance of the machines. We had to train in 30 ˚C and some of the machines were out of order or dit not work properly.

Stayed here with extended family on my group Europe Trip. Though our group was large, Hotel was very well equipped to handle large crowds, so check-in was smooth and fast. Rooms were huge, and had ethnic decor. Toilets had bidet, and were provided with good toiletries. Beds were quite cozy and comfortable. Breakfast spread was quite nice.

High quality even at this crowded time in the year. Excellent dishes, great room and nice pool area. We don't regret to have chosen full board as the meals are classic Italian with decent adaptions to modern nutrition. The main strength of this hotel is clearly the swimming pool. Large enough to swim and hot even in winter. Indoor and outdoor parts are connected so it’s possible to swim outdoor in winter. We had a great time. We liked the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the perfect temperature in all areas, excellent lunches, dinners and breakfasts. The pools with hydromassage are beautiful and open until late at night and never too crowded. The gym and spa are also very nice. A good value for the price. The rooms are large and the bathrooms huge. The beds are soft, but with very few pillows. Over all though the inclusion of the spa and all the services make this an attractive offer to anyone looking to relax.

Excellent hotel in the center of Abano Terme that has nothing to envy to others of a higher category. The indoor / outdoor pool is large and very clean, as are all the hotel premises. Exceptional staff for competence and kindness. The only problem is the food .. you eat so well that you go home with more kg!

We chose this property on site by chance ... for its central location, then inside despite being a bit old as a hotel we found absolute cleanliness and courtesy. The restaurant has an excellent cuisine and I recommend it to everyone, delicious and varied dishes in the full board .. as well as the room service, waiters and top head nurse.
