Pass your way, for your safety, don't go there!
We were not allowed to use the swimming pool, which apparently is only open on weekends — something that was never mentioned in the listing. There is also no spa available, despite being advertised. In our opinion, neither facility is actually operational at all.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing: everything served was pre-packaged and industrial, nothing like the fresh, appealing food shown in the photos.
It was very hot during our stay, but we were unable to open the window in one of our rooms because of the unbearable stench coming from the sewage treatment plant located right next to the hotel.
The hotel itself is in a state of serious disrepair and should not be accommodating guests. One of the room locks was broken, which posed a real safety risk during the night. The general atmosphere was eerie and made us feel like we were in a disturbing, low-grade horror film.
On the day of our departure, at 10:05 AM — just five minutes after checking out — I asked if I could fill the children’s water bottles, which they had forgotten to do before leaving the room. One staff member immediately refused, simply because we had already checked out. Another staff member then reluctantly brought me into the restaurant and filled only one liter of water, despite the fact that we were a group of seven. When I tried to refill the jug to provide water for the rest of the group, the staff member became extremely aggressive and physically forced me out of the hotel. I was genuinely frightened. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering that it could have been one of the children trying to refill their bottle instead of me.
The information provided in the online listing is misleading and does not reflect the reality of this hotel. Our experience was far below expectations, and we believe it raises serious concerns — both in terms of honesty and guest safety.
They tried to charge me €8 just to unload my suitcases outside the hotel when i wasnt even parking there. The bookin stated that all swimming and suana servcies was included but when arriving there they was extremely rude and tried to steal my money by charging extra for those services when showing them that its included they would simply reply no its not.
I had also booked a double bed room and ensured it was strictly a double bed room that i needed, I was still given a room with two single beds. Even worse there was no essentials in the bath rooms ie. Shampoo, handwash ect. And they didnt have any bed covers duvets we was freezing during the night and wouldn’t do nothing about it. There was bigs on the carpets.
Extremely disappointed with the hotel so much that i really recommend no body go to this hotel.
First the smell of the pool and the sauna smell like shit, second the staff is so rude and unprofessional at the end I found bed bugs in my bed so I didn’t sleep the whole night.
Absolutely horrible place, when making my booking for 7 days I asked if it would be possible to do the check-in even if I arrived a few minutes after the limit. As my plane would land in Venice at 18:10 and the limit was 19 so I was unsure if I would make it in time.
The hotel denied this request and told me that if I arrived after 19 my reservation would be considered void, but still went through with the booking.
So I cancelled it and called them all WITHIN ONE HOUR after booking requesting a refund.
The employee who answered the phone was very rude and refused to provide me with a refund.
I was scammed of 300€ by this establishment.
If you are homeless, i can recommend though. 😉
One of the worst choises i made on my holiday in Italy.
