We travelled with a large group from Ireland to the Park Hotel Jolanda and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging to changes that we requested. The facilities are fantastic; everything from the swimming pool to the football pitch and tennis courts. The food was varied and well-presented and the room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

The most astounding views. Limited WiFi but I recommend not to use technology anyway. Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff. Accomodated more for vegans when asked. Cleaners probably didn't need to replace the towels quite so often in the rooms though - just to save on energy.

Good, tasty and plenty meals, friendly staffs, beautiful views of nature. The location seemed a bit remote and I can't say it was very clean.

The view you can see from the picture is awesome. Good service and the restaurant served good food. Breakfast was free service. The rooms were warm since it's winter and well managed.

What a wonderful stay we had, high above Lake Garda in this charming village. The hotel staff was wonderful! We had to extend our stay due to other circumstances and the front desk step was very helpful. Charming family-owned hotel — clean, well-equipped rooms and a stunning terrace view. We loved our stay! The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas, and checkout at 10:30 AM felt a bit early (11:00 or 12:00 would be better). Still, a lovely place worth staying at.

Had an amazing time. The people were wonderful and made the trip special. You’ll defo need a car if you plan to visit Lake Garda and get around. It’s about a 15/20 min drive to the lake but don’t let that put you off. Some local hang outs are lovely too.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Great view at the lake and very quiet at night. Free parking and also very important these days is great Wifi connection! The breakfast is very good, big varity too choose from. If we are again in the area we certainly will come back to this hotel

Great hotel with a great view of Lake Garda. There is also a very nice pool area and plenty of free parking spaces. Service is very good and the breakfast buffet is also very good. The dinner for 35 EUR per person for a 3-course menu is outstanding.

The Hotel is really silent and in a very good condition. AC is also included un everything room. They have a big Pool that is very chilling in Hot Summer days. The Access to Public Transport is given but Not very good. Our recommendation is to rent a Car or small motorcycle. The Family owning the Hotel and the whole Crew is absolutely Genius and polite.

Small swimming pool, the men who working and he looks like Indian is unfriendly. Another staff are friendly. Room is clean and have small Balkon but nice. We was lucky because our room has Gardasee View...but if not lucky you will get street view. Salat Buffet is very simple, food is not bad but can be better, breakfast is okay , but sometime we have to waiting long for get drink and coffee.

Fantastic place! The family/owners are wonderful... so helpful, warm and friendly, professional. Great breakfast. Dinner excellent too. The pool is a major plus! And the rooms are good too. Great location - high up from the coast so not many mosquitoes and a lovely breeze. Also great location from which to discover more that this wonderful part of Italy has to offer! We'd go back!

Nice 3***hotel with well-kept gardens, very nice-looking swimming-pool, ample parking around the hotel and a terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Had a room towards the street, which was noisy unti late and trafic started again in the early hours - when booking for a couple of days, make sure you get a room facing the lake.

Couldn't find any fault with the hotel. The staff were all very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely return.

This is a lovely hotel at an amazing viewpoint over the Garda lake. The room was relatively small but offered exit to a big terrace overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains. Breat-taking. It was clean and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of choices. A lovely choice for when you visit the Garda Lake

Hotel Laguna is placed hight over Lake Garda, with a fantastic wiev over Lake Garda. The hotel is very Nice build and very clean. The room is a good size with bathroom with shower and great beds. The hotel serve a outstanding 3 course dinner. The staff are very kind and give top service.

Lovely 4 night stay in a unpretencious hotel . For my part it can be 3stars . Swift check in , room with a view . Great breakfast with plenty choice. Clean , plenty of towels . Dinner possible , limited choice but ideal for first evening or just a quited night in . Great family run bussiness . Hope to come back one year .

lovely hotel for the price no complaints but be aware that if you do not have a car travelling around this area is very time consuming, nearest bus stop to hotel is a 14 minute walk but at times the bus takes a different route then its a 40 minute walk

I have visited this place for the 2th time and what a great time! Good breakfast. Nice clean rooms with the lake view from a nice balkony. Had a great time! Recomment this place for people who like a nice reachable hotel in the mountains with a beautiful view over Garda!

Cycling along stop to have a latte macchiato. A cheese roll and a cake. Lovely service with a smile. I was also able to take my cycle through the restaurant. To the panoramic view where the tables were.
