We travelled with a large group from Ireland to the Park Hotel Jolanda and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging to changes that we requested. The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

Had an amazing time. The people were wonderful and made the trip special. You’ll defo need a car if you plan to visit Lake Garda and get around. It’s about a 15/20 min drive to the lake but don’t let that put you off. Some local hang outs are lovely too.

Nice 3***hotel with well-kept gardens, very nice-looking swimming-pool, ample parking around the hotel and a terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Had a room towards the street, which was noisy unti late and trafic started again in the early hours - when booking for a couple of days, make sure you get a room facing the lake.

The Hotel is really silent and in a very good condition. AC is also included un everything room. They have a big Pool that is very chilling in Hot Summer days. The Access to Public Transport is given but Not very good. Our recommendation is to rent a Car or small motorcycle. The Family owning the Hotel and the whole Crew is absolutely Genius and polite.

This is a lovely hotel at an amazing viewpoint over the Garda lake. The room was relatively small but offered exit to a big terrace overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains. Breat-taking. It was clean and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of choices. A lovely choice for when you visit the Garda Lake

Hotel Laguna is placed hight over Lake Garda, with a fantastic wiev over Lake Garda. The hotel is very Nice build and very clean. The room is a good size with bathroom with shower and great beds. The hotel serve a outstanding 3 course dinner. The staff are very kind and give top service.

lovely hotel for the price no complaints but be aware that if you do not have a car travelling around this area is very time consuming, nearest bus stop to hotel is a 14 minute walk but at times the bus takes a different route then its a 40 minute walk

Nice public areas for swimming, hot tub, lounging -- all with a beautiful view of the lake. Staff were easy to work with and very responsive with requests and questions. Hotel basically OK, staff friendly, but: breakfast nothing special, small rolls, coffee, cappuccino, tea from the machine as well as orange juice. Scrambled eggs cold and from a packet, no hard-boiled eggs. In the hotel's own restaurant, 10 percent of the bill was supposedly not paid, staff stood around, had private conversations and never saw any guests. Food delivered within 10 minutes? Reheated...

We stayed in a deluxe room and was great. Great lake views, big, small fridge, large bathroom. Parking is a problem in Garda. The Hotel has a small parking in front of it and one very close to it. We have stayed at this place three times already over the years. From the positive side – it is a very cozy hotel right on the shore of Lake Garda with direct access to the beach. About the position, quite near the center of Torri del Benaco AND you just cross the street and you're on the "beach". The beach is quieter than the other beaches I have seen around there. Great accommodation we stayed in a well equipped self catering 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was clean with great views of Lake Garda and the alps beyond. The pool was excellent and had plenty of sun loungers. Also had a pier on the lake for guest swimming. We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful “old world “ hotel. This was our 20+ years of visiting. We love the charm and character not to mention the location which is centre of town and on the lake. The breakfasts on the terrace are amazing (cappuccino’s are awesome). The entire staff is excellent, polite and professional. This is a small old hotel, with smaller rooms than big hotel chains.

The hotel is perfectly located with an amazing view on the lake and the castle, especially from the breakfast terrace (with a plentiful buffet) We had a small issue with a water leak in our room, which was simply addressed by providing us with extra towels, but apart from that the stay was very good.

Not for handicaps One small elevator that cannot host a wheelchair. Parking outside the hotel is blocked from the evening to the moring with a touristbus. Safe underground parking can be done 200 meters away for 5 €/day. The Wifi collapse when the touristbus is coming. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Nice hotel in general with very good facilities including room newly renovated, beddings, shower amenities. A couple of things that could be improved: tea/coffee in the room should be provided for free as a 4 stars hotel, dinner (charged at 40eur per person) was disappointing especially the main course and dessert being some slides of pineapples.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Al Caminetto. The rental bikes were high quality, we looked forward to the complimentary breakfast each day. Our only complaint is we had some travel changes and even with notifying the hotel 3 days in advance we were not given any amount of refund. I’m giving 5 stars because everything else exceeded expectations.

Loved the car park lift! What a clever idea. We had a car full of 'stuff' and didn't want to leave it in a public car park so we searched for a hotel with a car park. This hotel came up with the goods and even though the car park is only small, they have cleverly integrated a car lift into the car park, giving two levels of parking on the same area. Ca Barbini is set in beautiful grounds. Very clean and good size rooms and bathroom. Amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast had a very good selection and staff were always helpful. The outdoor pool was also lovely and good amount of parking. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The place is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only issue is with the waiters at the hotel restaurant – most of them were not nice, some even rude and impatient.

We had 11 wonderful days at Ca Barbini Resort, the perfect place to explore Lake Garda. We stayed in a Lake View room which was spacious and comfortable with a good size balcony. Ca Barbini is a beautiful resort in the hills above Garda. The staff is attentive. the ambiance luxurious, the property well landscaped. You can have dinner overlooking the lake, catch a five minute ride to town, swim in a gorgeous pool or have a spa treatment. Lovely indulgence. The air conditioning and parking were up to par. Such a lovely little hotel in a beautiful, quaint village. The staff are really friendly and helpful, breakfast every morning was delicious, and the on-site restaurant is fantastic. The area is really lovley, I particularly enjoyed the museum and the church. There's also a bus that goes to Garda and to Verona. Buses are few and far between though and taxis almost non-existent, so hiring a car is advisable...

Great accommodation on a very well-kept property. Everything is just right here, with attention to detail inside and out. We felt very comfortable. Roberta is a very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended👍we'll be back!

Just returned from a lovely guided tour week around Lake Garda and area. We stayed at this hotel which was immaculate. The room {219} was light bright and airy with a balcony and view of the lake. Kettle and basic tea and sugar provided but glad we took some with us. Only paper cups so we had to buy some mugs. The bathroom was modern and had a fantastic fancy shower with power jets. Stayed at this place for a couple of nights prior to our flight from Venice. Very quiet, large and beautiful territory with all kinds of sport activities. You can have a nice walk any time of day and night - the place feels very safe. It was such a pity that the outdoor pool was open but stone cold. I would love to have a swim. Just returned from a week at October half term with a teenager. It was colder than expected, we should have taken coats. The pool was bitterly cold so we couldn’t go in unfortunately, I bet it’s great in the summer. Location wise it’s a bit far out. We walked into Garda most days (30 mins) and had to queue for the minibus home (only runs back between 3:15 and 6:45pm) . The driver was the nicest guy...

We were a bit concerned with some previous reviews. We were so pleasantly surprised because of these. We returned on 18th October. 2 adults 2 kids 16 and 10. Accommodation - we had a superior suite, when we emailed to ask for 2 single beds for the kids instead of a sofa bed this was no problem. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. I don’t understand people and their bad reviews about the hotel. It was amazing the staff so nice and friendly the free shuttle bus was great such a wonderful and pleasant man. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was top notch couldn’t fault anything really. Our room a junior suite was clean, nothing broken (we have experienced that in other hotels) beds very comfortable.

The room was clean, the bathroom little outdated but funcional. The pool and the garden is very beautiful. The breakfast has all essentials and dinner was also nice, where you can choose from three menus. So they do not waste food with self service dinners 👌. 15min walk to city center.

We had an amazing vacation. We had 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms were very old dated. The food was amazing, we had a lot of choice. The staff members were really friendly, especially pietro who helped us a lot and made us laugh everyday.

We are customers of the Chinchetini hotel chain, and the Park hotel oasi also amazed us, huge rooms, comfortable beds, varied and abundant breakfast, regarding dinner I can say that the appetizer buffet was really good and rich, and the first and second courses were good, the only negative note concerns the water which in my opinion should be included in the amount of dinner, perhaps carbonated drinks...

The property was great once we found it. Dinner stops being served at 8 so make sure to eat early. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had so far.

Stayed mid Sept at Eden Garda for 10 days. Excellent holiday , wonderful helpful staff and food was very much to our liking in the main, little bit salty for one. Rooms are what you expect in an Italian Family Run Hotel but comfortable and clean.

Another fantastic stay at the Eden Garda. The hotel is so welcoming, the rooms have everything you need and the food is lovely. The newly refurbished bathroom had a brilliant shower and large sink. The transfer from Verona is only about 40 minutes, the walk down into Garda is pleasant and the hotel shuttle bus is great after a long day out sightseeing to save walking back up the hill. We will return...

The hotel has a nice family atmosphere with caring attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and we had a lovely view from the balcony and the sun all day. The food is prepared with a lot of love and attention to detail. It is cooked to perfection and varied every day. They even provide a shuttle to Garda centre which is very handy. I would not hesitate to book this gem...

Absolutely amazing 11 night stay. This was our first time in Italy ... fantastic! Perfect location for exploring Garda. 10 minute walk down to the Lake. Rooms spacious and clean. Food delicious. Massimo and his restaurant team so efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our chats and laughs with Julia. Pool area relaxing, and plenty sunbeds available. Would definitely return to Eden Garda!
