Horrendous the place was filled with ants and the doors don’t lock.while we were there one of my friends had a bunk bed, it fell on them daft to say it was not safe at all

If your looking for a bonding experience this is the place. Trauma bonding about the hotel was a good part of this trip. Made new friends from it and also some bug friends as well, dodging bugs and finding them in our food was nice ig… beds might have been made from concrete I know mine wasn’t as I had to check it for bugs. weird every colour in the rainbow stains also .. even the pool chlorine smelt weird. The pool table was free! But was missing most balls. Was eating nice Italian pizza for lunch and scraps for dinner as I wasn’t in the mood for bugs, half of us who don’t eat felt sick and the other half got sick. I feel like the jungle took me in for the week and I belong in the wild now. Not a single bug outside debating sleeping there at one point, Atleast there was a nice view.

Absolutely disgusted by this hotel, my son arrived today on a school trip, the food is not good edible, raw chicken, freezing pasta that’s smelled lovely like vomit, the rooms are filthy, my son sent me a video of bed bugs in the room opposite him, and all they done is changed the mattress, another room when the boys checked had piss stains and another room had brown stains, they are. 14 years of age just shows you how bad this place is, it’s day one there, and already they will not be eating in the hotel for next few days, disgusted by what I have seen so far , don’t know how this place is operating

This hotel was lit 🔥 I may have crashed out on arrival but over my four days i spent here it got better every second 🥰 Our room originally had lots of friends in it but we moved to a room with bunk beds which made me happy 😁 The mini fridge was an added bonus to keep suncream and snacks cool like me 😎 Dinner was nice i was hqppy when staff informed me of french fries tommorow 🍟 The pool was fire my whole school got in it was awesome 🔥 The hills to get up to it are never ending and the white bus (superior) driver crashed into a log fence one time but we made it out alive 🙏 Long live hotel park jolanda

Do you like ants? Have you ever wanted to be one with the ants? This is the place for you. There’s ants everywhere! Ants in your room, ants in the dining hall, and if you’re lucky you get ants in your food! I am not kidding - somebody got ants in their food. Please avoid this place at all costs (unless you love ants) - I genuinely don’t know how its still open.

workers come into rooms during the night without you knowing food is horrible food poisoning the pool is filled with bugs the beds are filled with bugs showers turn on themselves dead cockroaches under beds broken lights broken hairdryers broken desks very dirty i would not recommend at i wouldve felt safer on the side of the street

Terrible attitude from all the workers as they are all ignorant and nosey. There are no shops or anything within walking distance of the hotel. Showers turning on by themselves in the middle of the night along with toilets flushing and doors unlocking them selves. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Terrible experience

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life shocking.The perfect place for torture you may aswell be sleeping on the side of a road be aware of any high reviews. Secondly my family all got a bug at it and the food don’t even get me stared eggs taste like dirt everything about this was shocking.

We travelled with a large group from Ireland to the Park Hotel Jolanda and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging to changes that we requested. The facilities are fantastic; everything from the swimming pool to the football pitch and tennis courts. The food was varied and well-presented and the room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We're definitely returning in the future.

The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.
