Great location, easy to get to by car. The tennis coach Matteo was fantastic. The restaurants close by were great. The wellness area was just what we needed after hours of tennis training. Great view of Garda.

Stayed at this place for a couple of nights prior to our flight from Venice. Very quiet, large and beautiful territory with all kinds of sport activities. Just returned from a week at October half term with a teenager. It was colder than expected, we should have taken coats. The pool was bitterly cold so we couldn’t go in unfortunately, I bet it’s great in the summer. Location wise it’s a bit far out. We were a bit concerned with some previous reviews. We were so pleasantly surprised because of these. We returned on 18th October. 2 adults 2 kids 16 and 10. I don’t understand people and their bad reviews about the hotel. It was amazing the staff so nice and friendly the free shuttle bus was great such a wonderful and pleasant man. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was top notch couldn’t fault anything really. Our room a junior suite was clean, nothing broken (we have experienced that in other hotels) beds very comfortable.

We are customers of the Chinchetini hotel chain, and the Park hotel oasi also amazed us, huge rooms, comfortable beds, varied and abundant breakfast, regarding dinner I can say that the appetizer buffet was really good and rich, and the first and second courses were good, the only negative note concerns the water which in my opinion should be included in the amount of dinner, perhaps carbonated drinks...

The property was great once we found it. Dinner stops being served at 8 so make sure to eat early. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had so far.

A dated hotel primary for old people. Accommodation is ok, for 3 stars, proximity to garda is good. Breakfast is horrible. Pruns, dry bread and brougt in cheap cake. Guess the old people like that...

We chose this hotel due to the proximity with the lake, and it didn’t disappoint in that regard. The bedrooms were functional, the swimming pool was big, but the hotel felt a bit like a huge and impersonal complex. Indeed, it was quite noisy and crowded. The staff was nice. A security risk with the pathway that is very uneven. It seems like the lift wasn’t working as well.

Nice 3* hotel. The complex is a bit outdated, but the Italian food is excellent and the breakfast offers all what is needed for a breakfast. Location was good: quiet but a 10 minute walk away from the nice historical centre of Garda.

I could not fault this hotel for its location and service. My room was basic but very clean and I had a lovely balcony to relax. The hotels terrace with the lake view was just stunning. As a female solo traveller the only slight thing that bothered me was the three minute road up to the hotel at night time was very dark but that is not owned by the hotel.

Nice hotel. The view was very nice and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The 2 pools were both very nice and big. Breakfast was not that great. The bananas were stil green, the bacon was not baked good enough, the bread was a little old and the coffee was not great. The room was a little outdated but not that bad.

Very nice hotel. As it was 20 years ago when we first visited. I would prefer tennis to be included, and some facilities like bikes to use or a gym (it is advertised as a sport hotel!). Also a few more serving staff on duty at mealtimes would be appreciated but those that are there are very nice and helpful.

Fantastic location and one of the biggest pools in the area - 25m long, great for swimming! There's also 5 tennis courts but not all are kept clean. Great bar for drinks and snacks, food was good and staff was friendly & helpful. The one thing that was unfortunately a disappointment is the room & bathroom. I really like a vintage style where nothing seems to have changed since the hotel was built....

The rooms and premises seem dated and lacking decent renovation. Wifi was enabled around the reception-bar-breakfast area but not in rooms. The positive side is staff. They are willing to do their best but communication skills might be improved.

Very nice hotel with an amazing view of the lake. There are enough loungers by the pool and you have direct access to the lake promenade. The beach is just around the corner. There are enough parking spaces at the hotel. Breakfast is great and the food in the restaurant is very, very good. I can only recommend it.

Very pleasant stay for the week with staff very friendly and a very clean hotel. One drawback was that every morning the cleaning staff started at 8am and were very noisy with hoovers going and loud talking. Any hotel I ever stayed in the cleaning doesnt usually start until at least breakfast is finished.

This was our first (and probably last) visit to Garda which started badly as when we arrived at the hotel around noon (having been travelling since 4am) the unfriendly receptionist told us our room wasn't ready and likely not available until 2pm. The bedrooms were modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast with coffee in the morning. The only challenge was if you have a car you need to park about a half mile away. It was fine, because the location of the hotel was perfect for a stay in Garda.

This hotel was perfectly situated for exploring Garda and the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and helpfull at all times. We felt very relaxed and at home in the hotel and although the rooms are quite small the roof terrace provides superb views of the lake and a lovely place to sit or sunbathe. This is a quiet smallish hotel a short wander from the main Lake Garda promenade. The decor is a bit dated and we had a mountain view room out the back which was quite small. The bathroom was particularly dated and the shower could do with an upgrade. Having said that it was functional and comfortable. The pool area is large and with enough sunbeds for all. A lovely quite hotel, not too far from the lakeside The staff are warm and friendly and made you feel welcome There is only one improvement that could be made, the shower was small. Everything is was brilliant

Wonderful family hotel. It is not 5 star but staff work hard to ensure a happy friendly and comfortable stay. No evening meals available - but plenty of quality options available within 5 minutes walk

Lovely hotel, a little dated decor, spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful staff. Fabulous pool area, with ample sun loungers.
