A dated hotel primary for old people. Accommodation is ok, for 3 stars, proximity to garda is good. Breakfast is horrible. Pruns, dry bread and brougt in cheap cake. Guess the old people like that...
We chose this hotel due to the proximity with the lake, and it didn’t disappoint in that regard. The bedrooms were functional, the swimming pool was big, but the hotel felt a bit like a huge and impersonal complex. Indeed, it was quite noisy and crowded. The staff was nice. A security risk with the pathway that is very uneven. It seems like the lift wasn’t working as well.
Very guestfree workers in the reseption and at the restaurant. Italians are very charming and service minded. Location was very good, nicely priced. Breakfast was as expected. What i didnt like too much was hard beds with a small pillow
Great pool and super friendly staff.
The hotel is a great base from which to explore Lake Garda. Yes the decor is a little dated but the rooms are a good size and are clean and comfortable and tended to daily. The food is plentiful, tasty and offers a good choice, both at breakfast and in the evening. Snacks are available from the bar. Speaking of which, the bar and reception area is ideal, welcoming, comfortable and a good size so...

I could not fault this hotel for its location and service. My room was basic but very clean and I had a lovely balcony to relax. The hotels terrace with the lake view was just stunning. As a female solo traveller the only slight thing that bothered me was the three minute road up to the hotel at night time was very dark but that is not owned by the hotel.

The breakfast is great The rooms are basic and they took our towels and didn’t replace them and when we spoke to reception they said we could pay €5 for the use of another one The upkeep of the building is a health and safety risk as the paving stones are broken around the pool. The pools are great and the view is nice. The metal steps to get out of the larger pool were rickety There is no air conditioning...
En god ferie En dejlig ferie meget venlig personale og meget god rengøring, men hotellet bar præg af at det var gammelt og slidt
Nice hotel. The view was very nice and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The 2 pools were both very nice and big. Breakfast was not that great. The bananas were stil green, the bacon was not baked good enough, the bread was a little old and the coffee was not great. The room was a little outdated but not that bad.
A very very lovely place, just one little “but”. The rooms seriously needs a touch-up/make-over… they are a little 1988-like🙈 But everything is clean and neat, so I would come back anytime❤️

A very relaxing family vacation. A great hotel. The rooms were great, although the balcony doors were a bit rickety. The breakfast was perfectly fine, with something for everyone. Unfortunately, you can't sit outside. The pool is great, and the bar is also a very nice place to sit. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The parking garage and the passage from it to the rooms are the only downside...
Very nice hotel. As it was 20 years ago when we first visited. I would prefer tennis to be included, and some facilities like bikes to use or a gym (it is advertised as a sport hotel!). Also a few more serving staff on duty at mealtimes would be appreciated but those that are there are very nice and helpful.
We spent two nights passing through Lake Garda and went to the Arena in Verona in the evening. Given the reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our two rooms were obviously relatively recently renovated and fully met our expectations. Our teenagers were particularly impressed by the pool. Breakfast was also better than expected. Everything was there, even if the coffee wasn...
We had an apartment which was great. Large master bedroom with private toilet. Very few people at the pool and no problem bringing floaties for the kids.
Wonderful location with a fantastic view of Garda and Lake Garda from the balcony. We stayed in the apartment complex, renovated in 2024. It's a spacious apartment with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, air conditioning, and a balcony with a view. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the complex. There's a good pool, always a sunbed available, a delicious cappuccino in the morning, and friendly...
We stayed in the newly renovated Villa Mimosa, had an apartment, and we have only the best things to say. The furnishings, bathroom, etc., were all top-notch. We booked dinner with the package and were thoroughly satisfied. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Just back from a week at this wonderful hotel. Cannot be faulted, we were in the newer part of the hotel in a junior suite, every aspect excellent and should be rated 4*. Service is 5*! From arrival to departure we were made to feel special. Staff could not be more helpful, hotel is spotless, excellent breakfast, excellent location, near to buses and ferry, and bars, restaurants are just a few minutes...
Fantastic hotel, great location less than a minute walk to the Lake, close to shops, restaurants and the bus station. Unbelievably clean, probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Friendly staff who gave good gelato recommendations. Stayed in a junior suite so all recently refurbished and lovely. Nice swimming pool and we were always able to get a seat. Nice pastries etc at breakfast. Would...
Lovely hotel, food was very nice we usually eat out at least once but had no need to . Very clean and staff were very helpful. Only issue was our eu adapters did not fit in room only bathroom, had to get one from reception so all good in ghe end
A fantastic hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the bus station and 5 minutes to the lake. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. The breakfast was a good varied choice and just right to start your day. Overall I would highly recommend Hotel Bisesti.
Lovely week, in lovely hotel in beautiful area, perfect for transport lincs and lakeside walks, shops and restaurants amazing
Very pleasant stay for the week with staff very friendly and a very clean hotel. One drawback was that every morning the cleaning staff started at 8am and were very noisy with hoovers going and loud talking. Any hotel I ever stayed in the cleaning doesnt usually start until at least breakfast is finished.

Fantastic fantastic hotel. Great food, great service and wonderful modern Spa. A hotel I’ll never forget! Highly highly recommended!
Wonderful. The hotel felt like home, from the minute we stepped in. The rooms & stunning & very clean. The service is immaculate, the room service was spectacular & they even came in the evening to check up on us & if we were not home, they even prepped the room for bedtime. I was working from the hotel, and the wifi was great. The breakfast was incredible, plenty of options of pastries, fruit, hams...
Breakfast was 5 star and the service so professional. The coffee was excellent and served in silver. Amazing selection. Panettone was a special treat.
Amazing trip to Lake Garda in September 2025 staying at the Regina Adelaide. My husband and I would typically opt for a more modern hotel than the Regina Adelaide however, this is an absolute gem of a hotel. The decor fits in beautifully with the building. We stayed in a Junior Deluxe Suite which was a great size and included everything you needed for an extremely comfortable stay. The room was...
This was our first (and probably last) visit to Garda which started badly as when we arrived at the hotel around noon (having been travelling since 4am) the unfriendly receptionist told us our room wasn't ready and likely not available until 2pm. She said she would conduct the check in then and we were then 'dismissed'. There was no offer to show us around the public areas or ask if we wanted any refreshments...

Great location, easy to get to by car. The tennis coach Matteo was fantastic. The restaurants close by were great. The wellness area was just what we needed after hours of tennis training. Great view of Garda.
Just returned from a lovely guided tour week around Lake Garda and area. We stayed at this hotel which was immaculate. The room {219} was light bright and airy with a balcony and view of the lake. Kettle and basic tea and sugar provided but glad we took some with us. Only paper cups so we had to buy some mugs. The bathroom was modern and had a fantastic fancy shower with power jets. Constant hot water...
Stayed at this place for a couple of nights prior to our flight from Venice. Very quiet, large and beautiful territory with all kinds of sport activities. You can have a nice walk any time of day and night - the place feels very safe. It was such a pity that the outdoor pool was open but stone cold. I would love to have a swim. But it was partially compensated by indoor SPA. You need to book it and...
Just returned from a week at October half term with a teenager. It was colder than expected, we should have taken coats. The pool was bitterly cold so we couldn’t go in unfortunately, I bet it’s great in the summer. Location wise it’s a bit far out. We walked into Garda most days (30 mins) and had to queue for the minibus home (only runs back between 3:15 and 6:45pm) . The driver was the nicest guy...
We were a bit concerned with some previous reviews. We were so pleasantly surprised because of these. We returned on 18th October. 2 adults 2 kids 16 and 10. Accommodation - we had a superior suite, when we emailed to ask for 2 single beds for the kids instead of a sofa bed this was no problem. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Furniture is a bit dated but no stains on material etc. Terrace...
I don’t understand people and their bad reviews about the hotel. It was amazing the staff so nice and friendly the free shuttle bus was great such a wonderful and pleasant man. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was top notch couldn’t fault anything really. Our room a junior suite was clean, nothing broken (we have experienced that in other hotels) beds very comfortable.

everything in line with the price paid; nice hotel.
We are customers of the Chinchetini hotel chain, and the Park hotel oasi also amazed us, huge rooms, comfortable beds, varied and abundant breakfast, regarding dinner I can say that the appetizer buffet was really good and rich, and the first and second courses were good, the only negative note concerns the water which in my opinion should be included in the amount of dinner, perhaps carbonated drinks...
The property was great once we found it. Dinner stops being served at 8 so make sure to eat early. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had so far.
The hotel cannot call itself a 4*. It has many pros but also many cons. Plus: Large garden with large swimming pool. Spacious rooms with sofa and fridge Full breakfast buffet Min: Air conditioning is centrally controlled. Never a cool room. The restaurant also does not have proper air conditioning. You sweat like hell Clean towels every day. A 4* hotel in this day and age would take the environment...
Price / Quality: a real topper! Super friendly and personal service! Thank you Gloria, Angelo, Franco, Denis and the whole Chincherini staff! We come here already for 15 years! See you next year.

We have just left after a five night stay at this charming traditional hotel. Everywhere was immaculately clean and the gardens are beautifully maintained as well. We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Villa Madrina during October 2025. Location of property was ideal with just a short 5min* walk to the Promenade. The hotel is is beautiful surroundings, and has a view out over Lake Garda. The ground floor rooms have their own individual terraces, and there is a terrace outside the dining room. The bathroom had a whirlpool bath, but the hotel has advised me the rooms...
We had a fabulous stay here, it’s a beautiful hotel, well maintained with great attentive staff. Excellent food and drink. Pool and outside areas are stunning and also well maintained. Location is perfect for access ti the ferry and town, just a 5 minute walk. We would definitely go back and have already recommended.
Lovely hotel, great location, a couple of minutes walk away from the lake and away from the main road through Garda. Staff always helpful. Room excellent with view towards the lake. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold options. Pool area always beds available, spa area looked lovely but didn’t use it. Only one issue was €100 for late checkout, but didn’t really need it! Some staff helpful and friendly. More info need regarding booking dinner, staff said I had to wait until 8pm(I missed first sitting) to book, then when I went to reception at 8.03 they said I was to late to book a table. Nice clean hotel and conveniently close to Garda and bus station.
Nice old hotel, everything in walking distance.
Great place Great place. Adequate food, clean pool, though they ladders are in need of servicing) the room was comfortable but had an unfinished look. The AC worked great and the environment was welcoming. Great staff
A slightly larger hotel that was quite worn out. You can hear the neighbors' rooms very well and the rooms are quite unattractive. A bit deep pools for children (from 160 cm) and not really clean but still swimmable. Ok hotel for short stays.
Reqlly good. Just noisy with the live music

The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, we especially loved breakfast in the garden over looking the lake. The overall facilities were superb, we really appreciated the free shuttle bus in to town...
Ca Barbini is a beautiful resort in the hills above Garda. The staff is attentive. the ambiance luxurious, the property well landscaped. You can have dinner overlooking the lake, catch a five minute ride to town, swim in a gorgeous pool or have a spa treatment. Lovely indulgence. The air conditioning and parking were up to par. You are not in the actual town, which is a plus or minus depending...

Superb hotel in old town Garda If you prefer small family owned clean and simple hotel in the heart of old town Garda - Cortina is the best choise for you 👌 Rooms are quite small with a small balconys, but the narrow street of old town would be your balcony 😍 just open the back door and you are in ! Both boat and bus terminal are a few steps away from hotel so it is very easy to travel without...
Luigi, the owner is absolutely fantastic. Attentive and accommodating. Best service
Just returned from a fabulous stay at the family run Hotel Cortina. Greeted with a friendly welcome and a cold beer while getting checked in, before being shown the rear door of the hotel, leading directly in to the town centre, and less than 100 metres to the lake front. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with daily variations. Luigi was always willing to...
Great location. From the back door directly to the alleys of the old town. Breakfast was served at the table. Coffee, fresh juice, rolls, ham, Serrano ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt, croissant. Great value for money. You can hear the sounds of the road in the room facing the street.
Very cozy and familiar hotel with good location between main road and old town. Breakfast is excellent and plenty with table service. Room cleaning is perfect and air conditioning sufficient. Very good quality-price ratio. This is not a 5 star hotel but we loved it.
Helpful staff that made us feel welcome, localization is awesome, tidy rooms with AC, loved it!!
