The Hotel is really silent and in a very good condition. AC is also included un everything room. They have a big Pool that is very chilling in Hot Summer days. The Access to Public Transport is given but Not very good. Our recommendation is to rent a Car or small motorcycle.
The Family owning the Hotel and the whole Crew is absolutely Genius and polite.

Small swimming pool, the men who working and he looks like Indian is unfriendly. Another staff are friendly.
Room is clean and have small Balkon but nice.
We was lucky because our room has Gardasee View...but if not lucky you will get street view.

Salat Buffet is very simple, food is not bad but can be better, breakfast is okay , but sometime we have to waiting long for get drink and coffee.

Good location of the hotel. Excellent price and quality ratio. The food was excellent!

We stayed in a small, very old room (205). The floor plan indicated it was the smallest in the hotel, so maybe the others are bigger.

Room was made smaller by large wooden furniture, there was a jesus figure hanging from a cross above the door, and the toilet has a 20cm thick toilet seat (toilet raiser?) Which was open on the front. This means anyone sitting down (male and female) needs to aim carefully.

The worst part of our experience was caused by the other guests. There were huge amount of extremely old people there (80+) with their caretakers. Their toothless way of eating is especially unappetizing, and there were wheelchairs, walkers and canes everywhere. One even had to be spoon fed by the caretakers. These guests also regularly had accidents on the toilets, which made all toilets in the common areas all but inaccessible.

The food also seemed to be geared towards these old people. If you've ever seen/experienced the food they serve in nursing homes you know what to expect.

Would not recommend, unless you're over 80.
