Disappointing and Misleading "Four-Star" Experience

This hotel, advertised as a four-star property, is barely a three-star.

The issues began with false advertising: they boast about an open spa and Jacuzzi on booking.com, but upon arrival, we were informed they’re closed for the season. Similarly, their "on-site restaurant" is closed on the weekends leaving us scrambling for dining options.

The room itself was a nightmare. The pillowcase and sheets had visible blood stains, which is utterly unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming four-star status. The shower was barely functional, backing up with water after a minute, making for an unpleasant and unhygienic experience. The hair dryer was a safety hazard—it overheated to the point of being untouchable, and the handle broke off during use.

Basic amenities were nonexistent. No air conditioning left the room unpleasant to sleep in at night. It would of been nice to wake up to a cup of coffee, but even a coffee maker was to much to provide their customers. The bed was rock-hard, paired with flat, unforgiving pillows made for a rough night of sleep!

When I raised these issues with the front desk, the response was dismissive at best—the staff member simply said they’d have maintenance look into it, offering no apology or resolution. For €180 per night in the off-season, this hotel’s misrepresentation of its quality, amenities, and lack of customer service is not just deceptive—it’s wrong. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Nice staff rooms too far no boiler in the room no one to help with the bags located beside the mall & that’s all around breakfast was okay

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, each time for at least two weeks. The only reason I stayed was that my work booked it—probably because it’s more affordable than other hotels in the area. But every time, I got the most outdated room. It’s crazy how much they charge for such disappointing rooms. The shower is tiny, and the breakfast is just okay. Honestly, I’d never stay here by choice.
