This hotel is not a 4 starsi It is a standard 3 stars. Breakfast standard good room but not very friendly staff (in particular at the restaurant) and for breakfast you have to make your own milk at the machine because they don't do IT. Located far away from the center and not so many restaurants because it is all most outside Vicenza.

The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. Hotel in an excellent position to reach the centre, the station and the main services of the city.

It is convenient to go to the client's company from the hotel. The aunt at the front desk is very nice. The way to open the door with the room card is different from that of regular hotels. There is a small sign at the front desk that explains it, which you can take a picture of in advance.

Good value for money. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, but it was quite noisy in the morning when I was trying to sleep, as room service was cleaning nearby.

Location is good for access to the exhibition area (5 minutes walk), but the area surrounding the hotel is not great. You can't walk to the city centre. The staff is very nice and professional but room was just ok. It was spacious and had all essentials but it feels a bit simple. Breakfast is good for the price (€12).

Recently stayed here twice with my girlfriend and we were very satisfied with the service as well as the rooms. They are furnished in a modern style and nothing is run-down as I have seen it in other hotels in Vicenza. Furthermore, we had the feeling that there is a focus on cleaning the rooms diligently. The breakfast is decent too, but sometimes not stocked fully/consistently which is not too tragic...

First trip abroad and this hotel & the staff were absolutely awesome! We enjoyed our visit and our stay while in Vicenza. We only had breakfast there but the buffet was excellent & plentiful! Thank you for the great service! I was able to easily charge my electric car, which saved me a lot of time. The kindness and helpfulness of the entire team were outstanding. Hotel Mary was an excellent place to stay for 3 days in Vicenza. We came in close to midnight and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The room was small but had everything we needed especially a nice hot shower, and a cute view of the church bell tower out our window. I just can't say enough wonderful things about the staff here. They have been so incredibly kind and accommodating. They checked on our cat when we were gone, they worked to get us two rooms next to each other, they let us eat in the breakfast area, and were just really helpful. The staff made us feel at home as we were moving to Italy and we truly appreciate it!

On the outskirts is this renovated farmhouse that is worth a visit: good local dishes such as sarde in saor, or sfogliata di cod. Attentive and fast service. Adequate wine list with good local proposals with low markups. Unusual choice to charge for the basket of freshly baked bread instead of the service. Overall favorable quality/price ratio.

We had an amazing lunch here. My friend ate a squid ink pasta and she said it was super good. Everyone's food was fresh and well made. Glad we reserved a table as the place filled up quickly! The service could be improved a little. We tried buying a better wine but was eventually just served the table wine or house wine. We stayed here as part of a bike tour. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. This is a lovely little Bnb, where what’s good far outweighs the one bad thing! Thank goodness our suite room had a goodie box in the bathroom for my forgotten toothbrush & shower cap.
