Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby.
Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating.
I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. This is not noted when booking the hotel but is a policy on a sheet of paper at check-in. 30 Euros for a plastic card is ridiculous. No other hotel anywhere charges for a replacement card. Fortunately, the hotel agreed to waive the charge but it should never have been an issue.

This may have earned one of its stars by having on site parking, but there is nothing special about this hotel. The reception desk is low and open and you can see the mess behind it.

Good location between the station and the old city. Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms.

What was likeable was the cleanliness of the room and also the comfort of the bed. Unfortunately there were many disappointing aspects to our stsy. First, the reception staff were cold and unwelcoming. Second, the small and poorly appointed room was a cause of discomfort - inadequate toiletries, no coffee maker etc. Third, there was little similarity between the photos provided and thecreality of our room. Additionally, the diverse but poor quality breakfast was disappointing (cut up hot dogsfor the hot breakfast). I'm not sure how this was rated 4 stars. A joyless experience. There was no hospitality and care to ensure guests would feel at home - it felt like, as guests, couldnt wait to leave.

The room needs renovation. The bathroom covered with mold, sanitary wares are old and look not very tidy. There is a smell of mold in the room and the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. There is no shower gel in the bathroom, only soap.
The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of products. The location is very convenient: about 10 minutes walk from the central station.
