Boutique Hotel Trieste in Verona

Located just outside of the Verona city center, this hotel is a terrific place to stay during your Italian adventure. I spent nearly 2 weeks here and very much enjoyed my time. The pros:
- The staff. From checking in with the multilingual team, to the support through the stay, everything was handled professionally, courteously, and with care. James, the Bartender, was a welcome site after a long day out and about. The front desk lady, I forget her name but will always remember her kindness, helped with taxis, resturaunt reservations, and a welcoming attitude. The breakfast crew were always polite, made excellent coffee, and had plenty of good eats available for a wonderful start to the morning. Amazing, +5 Stars.
- The Location. Right outside of Verona, within walking distance of the Arena and the train station, with plenty of dining and entertainment options around.

The Cons:
- Parking. Parking in any city is unpleasant on the best of days, and here is no different. They have an agreement with a nearby garage, but at the hefty sum of 25 euro a night. I usually do not travel with a car to avoid these outrageous charges, but I was forced to have one on this trip. I would suggest against driving if parking is important to you.
-Room size. While the room was clean, well appointed, and pleasant, it was on the small size and felt a bit cramped. For a single traveler or couple traveling, I am sure it would be fine. But I was traveling with my daughter, and it got a little to tight for comfort.

Overall, a terrific experience at an absolutly lovely hotel. I fully recommend it for anyone who is interested in touring one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. Also, a very short trip to the hidden gem of Venezia, Vicenza. Thank you for a great trip.

The hotel is at a very good location, at a walking distance to the city center and with a plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff was very helpful and gave us a very good guide of the city when we were checking in. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in Europe.

Beautiful hotel, walking distance to city centre, breakfast great amount of choice, staff are lovely and very helpful. James the bartender is so friendly and and had loads of info on verona.. Musa is great happy to help and always has a smile

Super friendly people in the front desk, in general was fantastic almost perfect, I recommend the hotel in Verona any time. Just minimum issue in break fast (that’s my points almost perfect). Thanks so much Verona Indigo people, really we feel in home. The travel was with family for holidays.

A great hotel perfectly situated between the train station and Piazza Bra which makes it a short stroll to both. The location right outside the walls of the old town provides an easy access to explore the city while being away enough from the crowd. The property is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were very awesome & helpful in giving tips on where to dine since there are dozens of restaurants around. Would absolutely love to stay there again on my next visit to Verona.

We are just finishing a 4 night stay here in Verona. The property is very clean, comfortable and an easy 5 minute walk straight to Piazza Bra.

The staff were terrific and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They recognized our anniversary and were quick with restaurant recommendations, reservations, directions, change and umbrellas. Special thanks to Emanuele at the front desk and Marian and James behind the bar as well as at breakfast for their professionalism, smiles and customer service skills. These gentlemen did a tremendous job representing the Indigo brand.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The only negatives were low water pressure in the shower and the inability to cool the room down. We asked at the front desk but were told that nothing could be done.

The rooms were very small; you had to stand in the bathtub to shower. Compared to the Indigo Hotel in Florence, the rooms were about a third smaller. However, the hotel's exterior was very beautiful.

A stunning hotel, beautiful decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. There was a complementary mini bar and fresh bottled water that was replenished every day. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were lovely and friendly and everyone spoke English. The hotel was situated very close to the centre of Verona with a very short walk to bars, restaurants, and sights. We would 100% stay here again.

Prominent location with bus stop near by. Within short walking distance to the Arena and old city district of Verona. Room is clean. We enjoy the breakfast with wide selection of Italian food.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was great! The staff at check-in spoke English very well and so did the bartender, James. I stayed awhile at the bar with my husband to grab a drink to share and James was so very helpful and efficient with our services. We saw him the next day as well and he got us an ice bucket and ice to serve us outside on the lovely patio. He was excellent!
