Beautiful property overlooking a beautiful bay, facing east and south (so sunrise). The rooms are large and, compared to the Japanese average, enormous. The hotel is geared toward Japanese guests, so there are no sun loungers or other amenities, either by the pool or on the beach. This is my fifth time staying here and I really like it. It's always clean, the staff is polite, the breakfast is delicious, and there's also delicious Chinese food in the evening. The pool is clean. There's a free laundry service available 24 hours. There's a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel for those who want to swim in the sea.

Swimming pool is great for adult. Very deep and clean - well managed. Limited restaurant option. Only one mess hall. You can enjoy other water activity at nearby Renaissance hotel (same hotel chain they said) whiich is very big resort. But some of facility (at Renaissance) can not be available to COCO Garden's client.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were well-organized. The only regret was that we couldn't see our son's lizard, which we desperately wanted to see. Other than that, it was great.

It has been a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I felt like this hotel was my second home. You can bring along 6 people and you will not feel clustered at all. I love traveling and have stayed in both Japan and overseas, and I have found the rooms and the owner's accurate recommendations and service to be excellent. It is easily accessible from the interchange, the rooms are hygienic and clean, and the quality and service are not stuffy, so I was able to relax.

This business hotel is ideally located in the heart of Okinawa City. The most appreciated thing about it is the ample free parking and the nearby izakaya. While small, it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a hot spring bath, laundry facilities, and a lounge. The value for money is excellent! I was hungover after drinking in Koza so it was great to have a large public bath.

If it’s for just to sleep one night without big luggage it’s ok but if you have a lot of baggage and heavy, there’s too much steep stairs (it can be honestly dangerous). We had a generally good stay, but there were a few things worth noting. I was surprised that our room wasn’t carpeted, especially since other rooms were. A timeslip back to the 1970s The is one of the most interesting hotels that I have stayed in. The way to think of this hotel is to imagine that you are going back in time to the 1970s or earlier. Only the wifi, LED lighting and TV in the room would give any clue that you are in modern hotel.

My family of three stayed here. It was refreshing to see that the interior door led directly from the parking space, and the fact that the parking space had no roof was a mystery and interesting. The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle...

While the location is a bit out of the way, I think it's perfectly fine if you're driving, as it feels like a resort hotel nestled in a village. I didn't really use the facilities; we took the kids to the nearby zoo and AEON, both super convenient. In the evenings, not being familiar with the roads and without a car, we just took the shuttle to AEON, which was very handy. The breakfast was good too...

The hotel is not as clean as the pictures show. There are ants on the floor, and the toilets are old and dirty. It's not a good place for children. It might be more suitable for adults to snorkel and take a toilet.

Environment: Every room offers a sea view. My kids had a blast collecting shells and coral on the hotel's private beach. There's a path leading to the sea with a warning sign; it would make for great photos on a nice day. Facilities: When I booked, I chose the option for a free extra bed for the child. Traveling with my parents and kids, we found the front desk staff at the hotel to be very friendly, which was great. You can book the airport shuttle at the front desk, and it picks up right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. I heard the lobby is going to be renovated; I'd love to come back and stay again sometime.

An excellent experience, perfect for families with kids. My children really enjoyed the banana boat ride and the crafting activities. Breakfast was quite rich and varied. We could easily spend two days just enjoying the hotel's amenities. Very satisfied! 👍

The hotel is great, big brands really do stand out. The breakfast was also very good. All facilities within the hotel require an additional charge, but the service was excellent. The room was quite spacious too. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd book here again.
