The room was tiny, the bathroom was small, and even the bed was small... It's ridiculous that their own facilities weren't open. We had to go to the Hilton next door just to swim or have dinner.

The hotel is located right inside American Village, a very lively and convenient area. It sits by the sea, so you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view while having breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, the environment is comfortable, and the service is excellent. It’s a highly recommended hotel.

The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time. I had the BEST massage right in my room at a very reasonable price. The Breakfast is among the Best I've had across the world. See pictures below.

The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is really convenient. There's even a Lawson convenience store connected downstairs. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lot of local specialties, and the handmade desserts and snacks were also quite good. Highly recommend!

The breakfast selection was very limited; by the end, I was just eating a bowl of congee with a side of pickles. The upside is the beautiful view, and it's super close to American Village – literally a one-minute walk. Everything else was great, apart from the breakfast.

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

So happy I could watch the fireworks right from my room's balcony! It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Okinawa.

Good View Breakfast quite Disappointed

My friends and their family absolutely loved their five-day stay; it was a fantastic experience. The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach. In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach. Highly recommended!

I feel like the location is great but somehow the hotel is quite old-fashion style. There's no very impressive thing within the hotel. The free ramen is okay level but it's not that worthy to waste your appetite here. Anyway, it's okay level but I would say it's very likely to find a better hotel in the same level of cost.

You can see the sea in a 5-minute walk (but not from the room), and American Village is a 10-minute walk away. The bedding, toilet, and tabletop in the room were clean, but the floor was very dirty, black, though there was no hair or other foreign matter. The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle...

While the location is a bit out of the way, I think it's perfectly fine if you're driving, as it feels like a resort hotel nestled in a village. I didn't really use the facilities; we took the kids to the nearby zoo and AEON, both super convenient. In the evenings, not being familiar with the roads and without a car, we just took the shuttle to AEON, which was very handy. The breakfast was good too...

The staff were lovely and the location was good but the Hotel is very run down. The smell of mothballs and damp were not exactly giving holiday vibes. I’d say it not worth the price.

The living area was spacious and well suited; however, the noise at night with motorcycles was insanely loud and lasted well into the early morning hours, making it tough to sleep. Also, there is a coffee maker, but you are only supplied with one pod and no refills until cleaning day, which is once a week. We searched in multiple stores to find the brand and restock with no success.

This business hotel is ideally located in the heart of Okinawa City. The most appreciated thing about it is the ample free parking and the nearby izakaya. While small, it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a hot spring bath, laundry facilities, and a lounge. The value for money is excellent! The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for luggage and plenty of air conditioning!

Room was old school but big . Got big fridge in the room too . Onsen pretty old school & get used by local before 6pm . Staff were friendly but they didn’t have email I could contact at all after my stay . Breakfast was nice.

If you have purchased a room with breakfast, you need to ask the counter for a breakfast coupon, which is valid until 9 o'clock. If you don't get a coupon when you check in, you will have to pay 1,100 yen per person the next day. There are plenty of parking spaces and it's convenient

I was hungover after drinking in Koza so it was great to have a large public bath.

Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are spacious and have been renovated, so they are comfortable. It is located in the center of Koza, so it is a very convenient location for going out to the restaurants at night. I would like to use it again the next time I stay in Koza.

First and foremost if you have children (I am single) this is a perfect place for them. Lots of kids play areas and they sell stuff perfect for babies or children without having to leave the hotel. We loved our stay! Hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful! Washing machines and dryers were available and ping pong table was great for some down time at the hotel. Tucked away from everything so at night it's quiet but close to everything we needed.

Facing the ocean with fantastic views, we could even watch the sunset, and there's a seawall promenade for leisurely strolls. It's just a 15-minute walk along the seawall to American Village. The hotel also has ample parking space behind it. Being set back from the road, it's very quiet at night, making it a truly enjoyable place for a vacation.

The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room itself was very clean and roomy, and i especially loved the bathroom. It was like this private sauna/hot spring. I also liked the fact that the room cleaning wasn't happening daily, and that the towels were always ready on every floor. The room and bathroom are both super big, it is rare to see such a spacious room in Japan. It's great to have a washing machine in the room. It can also be used for drying clothes, so you don't have to worry about your clothes not drying. There is free coffee and various drinks in the lobby on the first floor, which are delicious. Right next to Merica park, this place had the most reviews for local cuisine. While I thought the food was on the saltier side, the sashimi and the fried taro cakes were good. I could not tell you the difference between Okinawa tempura and regular Japanese tempura. The service was quite mediocre. I felt their eyes on me the whole time I was eating and made me feel quite uneasy. I would not recommend...

I suddenly decided to visit with my child. I didn't expect it, but there were baby chairs and tableware for children, and the staff were very kind. Overall, the food was delicious, and the whole family was satisfied. The grilled butter fish was so delicious that I ordered it again :)

A nice restaurant with Okinawa style food. A bit pricey with some of the items on the menu. The food is very good, however. It has kind of Okinawan decor. Worth stopping by before going shopping in Mihama American Village shops.

Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. Additionally and the worst thing is the overnight parking charge of ¥1000 when there's plenty of empty bays at the nearby parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view.

There is washing machine and dryer on 2nd level of the property but weirdly after 8:30pm unable to use the dryer. Parking is 1000yen per day, expensive. We had a fantastic stay in Chatan. The rooms are outdated as most of the hotels in the island but it is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had to work as well and the internet worked perfectly. Nice balcony with distant sea view, wash machine and a safe were all a plus. It is very close to very nice restaurants and 15 walk to the bus station. We would have liked to stay longer but in the future...
