This is my fifth time staying here and I really like it. It's always clean, the staff is polite, the breakfast is delicious, and there's also delicious Chinese food in the evening. The pool is clean. There's a free laundry service available 24 hours. There's a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel for those who want to swim in the sea.

Swimming pool is great for adult. Very deep and clean - well managed. Limited restaurant option. Only one mess hall. You can enjoy other water activity at nearby Renaissance hotel (same hotel chain they said) whiich is very big resort. But some of facility (at Renaissance) can not be available to COCO Garden's client.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were well-organized. The only regret was that we couldn't see our son's lizard, which we desperately wanted to see. Other than that, it was great.

The welcome reception feels very good Although the environment is relatively small in terms of resort style, it is a good base to enjoy the night view and sunrise because it is at a commanding height. Breakfast is worth recommending, especially the tea selection, which is very considerate

I stayed at Coco Garden on the 3rd day of my 5-day, 4-night trip to Okinawa. I liked this place the most This is a resort I want to visit again next time I come. Breakfast is delicious and everyone likes it.

Hidden treasure The location is new, hard to find on a map. It is set off path behind main road, and there is not much close by. The facility has a lot of space. It is perfect for a family of three with multiple bathrooms. Love the kitchen and living room. I like it.

Everything was great!!! There's a Lawson nearby, the owner is friendly and speaks English well, so communication was easy, and there were plenty of amenities! They even brought breakfast, which was really convenient, and the BLT sandwich was the best! It has been a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I felt like this hotel was my second home. You can bring along 6 people and you will not feel clustered at all. The interior is very nice, everything was in the right place and looks absolutely gorgeous. The service is fantastic! Complementary Nespresso in the morning with a variety of flavors! I never had to worry about packing too many clothes...

The perfect place to stay if you have young children. It has a washer/dryer, a crib, a baby sink, and very friendly staff. A Lawson convenience store is nearby, across the street. Delicious breakfast. Chat with the staff via Line. It's a truly wonderful place.

I love traveling and have stayed in both Japan and overseas, and I have found the rooms and the owner's accurate recommendations and service to be excellent. It is easily accessible from the interchange, the rooms are hygienic and clean, and the quality and service are not stuffy, so I was able to relax.

The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. The concierge cannot speak English but will try his best to communicate and is friendly. The quilt is a bit thin and it gets a bit cold when it's almost daylight. Breakfast is the biggest selling point, an absolute surprise!

The AC was not working properly in the hotel. The room was very hot.There was no micro oven to heat the food, The hotel room was small. It was good, but the facilities there were not good.

This hotel makes you feel like family, they take care of everything you might need, better than the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in the world, the hospitality is tops, even with humble rooms. They are clean. Fresh towels every day, free wifi, the breakfast option is Amazing!

The service was very pleasant. The location was quiet and it was easy to get around, so I was very satisfied.

The hotel owners provided excellent and warm service. The rooms were spacious. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, which should be noted by those with mobility issues or the elderly. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and worth revisiting.

You definitely need a car to get around here. It's essentially a guesthouse, perfect for those who love to cook as the kitchen is fully equipped. There's also a washing machine. Since it's very close to Kadena [Air Base], you'll hear planes in the mornings.

This business hotel is ideally located in the heart of Okinawa City. The most appreciated thing about it is the ample free parking and the nearby izakaya. While small, it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a hot spring bath, laundry facilities, and a lounge. The value for money is excellent! The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for luggage and plenty of air conditioning!

Room was old school but big . Got big fridge in the room too . Onsen pretty old school & get used by local before 6pm . Staff were friendly but they didn’t have email I could contact at all after my stay . Breakfast was nice.

If you have purchased a room with breakfast, you need to ask the counter for a breakfast coupon, which is valid until 9 o'clock. If you don't get a coupon when you check in, you will have to pay 1,100 yen per person the next day. There are plenty of parking spaces and it's convenient

I was hungover after drinking in Koza so it was great to have a large public bath.

Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are spacious and have been renovated, so they are comfortable. It is located in the center of Koza, so it is a very convenient location for going out to the restaurants at night. I would like to use it again the next time I stay in Koza.

I had a room that was smoking, I am a non-smoker, but the room did not smell at all. I was quite pleased by that. Good parking availability, close walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

This was my first time using travel assistance, and they accommodated my early check-in. The single room was spacious enough, and it had an air purifying dehumidifier and a massage chair. I only stayed one night, about nine hours, but it was a comfortable stay.

This hotel is a wonderful family friendly location. They really have done a fantastic job of making an excellent place to stay for kids of all ages with play rooms with tons of toys and equipment.

First and foremost if you have children (I am single) this is a perfect place for them. Lots of kids play areas and they sell stuff perfect for babies or children without having to leave the hotel. We loved our stay! Hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful! Washing machines and dryers were available and ping pong table was great for some down time at the hotel. Tucked away from everything so at night it's quiet but close to everything we needed.

Good location and a correct welcoming (it’s better to be with someone speaking Japanese because the English language of the receptionists is low). If it’s for just to sleep one night without big luggage it’s ok but if you have a lot of baggage and heavy, there’s too much steep stairs (it can be honestly dangerous). Each room has its own parking place : It’s very convenient.

Extremely great value for the quality and location. Friendly staff, spacious room, comfy beds. The bathroom was large (too large, perhaps) and the decor added a nice vibe. Free laundry/dryers also available in the lounge area, so you can wash your swimsuit and clothes after the beach, etc.

Convenient location. It's right next to the infamous Gate 2 of Okinawa. A comfortable place to sleep after a drink of drinking with friends. Nice hotel with good rooms, very nice and helpful staff, and good breakfast. The breakfast has six different menus to choose from, which are all great. The sauna and spa facilities are nice and with good opening hours (note there are only access for males). It's the cleanest hotel I've ever been to. Although it's older, everything is fine, including free parking. The staff, though elderly, speak decent English, much better than the younger receptionists at larger hotels who often have to use a translator.

The staff were lovely and the location was good but the Hotel is very run down. The smell of mothballs and damp were not exactly giving holiday vibes. I’d say it not worth the price.

Luggage Storage, clean, decent size, self-service pillows Far enough from the bars to be quiet, bus stops nearby, 7-11 opposite the road, McDonalds, MosBurgers, Tacos and 24-hour bento shop within 10 minutes of walking. Not much to do around the area at night though, but that's Nago for you.

Pros: A typical business hotel. They provide Febreze-like items. A convenience store is nearby. An ice machine is available. Cons: It's noisy because it's near a bar district. It's noisy all night on weekends. The elevators are slow. Only paper cups are provided in the rooms. Apart from the noise, I think this is a good choice.

This hotel is great for self-driving travelers, with parking available for 1000 JPY. There are several convenience stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. The rooms have been renovated, are spacious, clean, well-equipped, and overall excellent quality.

The room was spacious, amenities were cute like hair ties, everything was great but location is tricky unless you have a car. It is a bit far from the sea but still manageable as there are stairs under the bridge that lead right to the bus stop.

The location is perfect, but considering the high room rate, the service is average. Since many guests go into the ocean, you'll likely need towels after showering, but towels cost extra.

Facing the ocean with fantastic views, we could even watch the sunset, and there's a seawall promenade for leisurely strolls. It's just a 15-minute walk along the seawall to American Village. The hotel also has ample parking space behind it. Being set back from the road, it's very quiet at night, making it a truly enjoyable place for a vacation.

The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt...
