This is my fifth time staying here and I really like it. It's always clean, the staff is polite, the breakfast is delicious, and there's also delicious Chinese food in the evening. The pool is clean. There's a free laundry service available 24 hours. There's a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel for those who want to swim in the sea.

Swimming pool is great for adult. Very deep and clean - well managed. Limited restaurant option. Only one mess hall. You can enjoy other water activity at nearby Renaissance hotel (same hotel chain they said) whiich is very big resort. But some of facility (at Renaissance) can not be available to COCO Garden's client.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were well-organized. The only regret was that we couldn't see our son's lizard, which we desperately wanted to see. Other than that, it was great.

The welcome reception feels very good Although the environment is relatively small in terms of resort style, it is a good base to enjoy the night view and sunrise because it is at a commanding height. Breakfast is worth recommending, especially the tea selection, which is very considerate

My family had great time when staying in the hotel. We enjoyed the hot bath facility and the hotel provides great view of the beach. We booked the hotel as we hope to see the sun rise and the star trail. We also enjoyed the set meal provided by the hotel. It was delicious.

Beautiful property overlooking a beautiful bay, facing east and south (so sunrise). The rooms are large and, compared to the Japanese average, enormous. The hotel is geared toward Japanese guests, so there are no sun loungers or other amenities, either by the pool or on the beach. The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle...

While the location is a bit out of the way, I think it's perfectly fine if you're driving, as it feels like a resort hotel nestled in a village. I didn't really use the facilities; we took the kids to the nearby zoo and AEON, both super convenient. I feel like the location is great but somehow the hotel is quite old-fashion style. There's no very impressive thing within the hotel. The free ramen is okay level but it's not that worthy to waste your appetite here. Anyway, it's okay level but I would say it's very likely to find a better hotel in the same level of cost.

The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time. Overall, the hotel was really great, but I was surprised that a hotel of this star rating didn't have a gym. Their ads and pictures all showed a gym, but I couldn't find it until I asked the front desk and discovered they don't have one. I ended up having to run up and down the hills outside the hotel instead.

Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!

Extremely convenient location! The monorail's Asahibashi Station has direct access to the hotel lobby on the second floor. Plus, Kokusai Street and the bus stop for route 120 are right downstairs.

This hotel is super close to Makishi Station, just a quick walk over the skybridge. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, making it really convenient for getting around. However, there seem to be more and more Indian cleaning staff now, and the cleaning isn't as thorough as it used to be. Plus, they only provided slippers once.

This place is very well located near the Makishi station. Best of all is the generous and delicious breakfast spread, especially the french toast. Also the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Best of all is their cultural activities twice a day. When I was there I had time only fir the yukata. I will stay here next time when I'm in Naha again. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located near Kokusai Street, within walking distance of delicious eateries. The facilities are new and complete, and the staff are warm, attentive, and even speak Chinese. There are many Okinawan activities for children to participate in, and surprisingly, there's an all-you-can-eat ramen and cocktail ice cream bar in the evening – amazing! 👍

Amazing stay at Aqua Citta! The hotel is stylish and clean, but the rooftop pool is the real star. It is incredible for relaxing on a sunny day—the views are great and the vibe is perfect for couples. We only stayed for one night, but it was the highlight of our trip. This is a great hotel, not far from the beach, Makishi Public Market, and Kokusai Street. You can walk to all of them. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the airport is only about 6 kilometers away!

Good location and room is very clean and big for two person

The hotel's location is excellent, situated on a quiet side street, yet only about a 3-minute walk to Kokusai Dori (International Street) – offering a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Additionally, the room size, decor, and service were all quite satisfactory. The only downside was the breakfast, which was rather ordinary and could use some improvement.

A hotel that excels in both hardware and software. The toiletries are Pola, the kettle is Tiger brand, and the drip coffee is the same brand as Monterey. The location is incredibly convenient – just a 10-15 minute walk from Main Place. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and souvenir shops, and the street views are very charming. Very poor parking service!!! At the first day, we’ve told the staff we need the parking the following day. The staff confirmed us and told us about the parking fee.
