This is a residence-style accommodation located in a quiet and secluded area. The facilities are nice and clean. There's also a small swimming pool, which is nice. I'm satisfied.

The only downside is the beach; it's quite rocky and the currents have brought a lot of seaweed. But overall, it's fine for a stroll and a dip in the water

I stayed at Coco Garden on the 3rd day of my 5-day, 4-night trip to Okinawa. I liked this place the most This is a resort I want to visit again next time I come. Breakfast is delicious and everyone likes it.

Everything was great!!! There's a Lawson nearby, the owner is friendly and speaks English well, so communication was easy, and there were plenty of amenities! They even brought breakfast, which was really convenient, and the BLT sandwich was the best! It may not seem like the kind of place you will find extraordinary food but I had THE BEST mabo tofu I've ever had! Trust me, you will not find anything like it anywhere else! Overall I had a great experience staying here and I would definitely come back whenever I visit Okinawa again

The detergent they gave us smelled great and the washer did a great job washing/ drying my clothes. Netflix was already built in to the TV so I never had to worry about paying for movies

In the evenings, not being familiar with the roads and without a car, we just took the shuttle to AEON, which was very handy. The breakfast was good too, with salmon and other options, so even the little one ate well

This is a very local hotel. Price is great with a clean room. Some unit can stay more people while some for 2 people. The reception is nice and helpful. It's easy to find and lots of restaurant on the main street.

The owner had done some yearlong booking in which guests would stay under his name. rooms are big & with great view of ocean. Lawson is right in front for any needs. Has a small kitchen area as well fridge

Environment: Every room offers a sea view. My kids had a blast collecting shells and coral on the hotel's private beach. There's a path leading to the sea with a warning sign; it would make for great photos on a nice day

Hello everyone! We stayed at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay from October 3rd to 10th, 2025. The hotel’s location is convenient — not right next to the main attractions, but getting there from Naha Airport is easy

The room was very spacious and our family of four was able to relax. The location was also excellent, less than a five-minute drive from Cape Maeda.

Room is nice and nice dinner with the restaurant.  Check in instruction and where and how is not clear.  We saw the hotel name but when walk up is restaurant.  Check in and room is at another building.

After filling out the personal information provided by the hotel before arrival, you'll receive a code the day before check-in. Once you've uploaded photos of all guests' IDs, you can access your room

After successfully checking in, there were no major issues. The room was comfortable and much larger than in the photos. It wouldn't feel too crowded for eight people

Highly recommended for self-drivers and large families. The unit has four beds and three tatami mats, two toilets, two showers, a washing machine, and a dryer

Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient
