APA Hotel Ayase Ekimae in Tokyo

Budget friendly and best location. If u need walking access or near to any famous attractions this not it. But this area give a almost the best vibe of Japanese. U will see local around a lot going and back from work/school, can go to hanging out at the park if u feels need a bit relaxing.
The ayase station is perfect not just accessible to chiyoda line, also jr joban line. And there a bus stop for major local buses. If u need limousine bus just ride 1 stop from ayase to kita senju, and there will be a nearest limousine bus to airport. No need to struggle with big suitcases on train. The hotel is just normal business hotel, but what i love about it. It give almost complete appliance in the room. So u don't need to go downstairs just to heat some food. Complete modern bathroom. Everything are perfect in my preferences.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the subway and convenient stores. The room was clean and had everything I needed, but it was quite small and not ideal for large luggage. Check-in is mostly self-service, which may not suit everyone. Still, for the price and location, it’s a solid option.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were very kind.

Extremely cost effective. Paid under $40/night. 7-eleven is a couple of streets over. Best part is that AC unit can be cooled or heated to whatever you want (something that APA seems to avoid doing).

Rooms are not the best, building looks dated.

Otherwise would stay again. Not sure it deserves the 3.6 star score currently

Excellent service.

This was my first time staying at Ayase Ekimae Hotel.
The convenience was that it was easy to get to the station, only about 5-8 minutes.
I also liked the fact that I could relax in an atmosphere where I could go back to my own apartment.
The only inconvenience was that breakfast was not served on site, so I left without eating it.
Also, and I'll be honest, there were no photos of flashy female guests, so I didn't feel any discomfort, which was a relief.

The above are my impressions.

Room is small, but enough for couple with 1 big luggage. Have bathtub which is good after long day walking.
Many restaurants & store nearby. Near mrr so easy going to center.
Staff very friendly and they can speak english very well.
Recommended.

I was traveling from Fukuoka Prefecture. The location was good, close to the station, and perfectly adequate.
The bed was large and clean.
Check-out was smooth and convenient.
It was also convenient for getting into Tokyo from Ayase Station.
