The hotel has direct subway access, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.

The hotel is right next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal bus station, and there's a main subway line downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the daily housekeeping is incredibly clean and tidy. For this price point, it's pretty good, I really can't find anything to complain about. The only minor downside might be that the pillows are a bit too soft for my liking, which took some getting used to.

The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is grand and opulent. The room facilities are dated, but it's spacious enough and the location is convenient. It's right next to Suitengu-mae Station, and Ningyocho Station isn't too far either. However, the service is just average; the staff didn't react at all when I walked past, which was a letdown compared to the Hilton I stayed at in Yokohama. The toiletries are worth mentioning, though – they're definitely one of the hotel's selling points.

I was initially worried the hotel might be too old, but Tokyo hotels are really well-managed. My stay was fantastic; they even let me check in around 2:00 PM. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even though the facilities had an older feel, everything was exceptionally clean.

The hotel has a strong retro vibe, reminiscent of the last century. There are radio buttons by the bed, and the sink and bathtub look like they're 30 years old. The bed, however, was quite comfortable. The room isn't huge, but for Tokyo, it was spacious enough to open two suitcases. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, and after four mornings, I couldn't stomach it anymore. There were very few hot dishes, and they weren't good. The location, though, is incredibly convenient. Below the hotel is Suitengu-mae Station, a small subway station, but you can access the hotel directly without having to exit the station. It's very close to Tokyo Station and Ginza. Turn left when you exit, and you'll find the Tokyo City Air Terminal, with direct buses to Haneda and Narita every half hour, saving you the hassle of transfers. There's a convenience store downstairs, and a 24-hour supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. There aren't many dining options nearby, however.

The hotel service was good, and the facilities were well-maintained. Although the bathroom wasn't a wet/dry separation, it was in great condition and quite spacious. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, including Japanese options. From the executive lounge on the top floor, you can see both the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower. The hotel's elevators go directly to the subway from the B2 level, which is super convenient.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for Haneda Airport. There's a shuttle bus to both Haneda and Narita airports just across the street. You can access Hanzomon subway station directly from the hotel's basement level. Mitsukoshi Department Store (main branch) is a 20-minute walk away, or one subway stop followed by a 10-minute walk. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; its location is excellent.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the service is reliable. The staff are very friendly and基本 responsive to requests. They'll even help you take your luggage to the airport shuttle. The concierge is highly efficient, and if there's no ice machine, they'll deliver ice to your room upon request.

This hotel is a well-established five-star, with very professional service and an excellent location. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel very convenient. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited, and the menu doesn't change daily, offering very few options.

The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't detract from the hotel's overall quality; you can tell it's a classic, well-established hotel.

A few details stood out: Firstly, the air conditioning is very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. Even though some rooms face the highway, you can't hear a thing.

Secondly, a small section in the middle of the bathroom mirror is heated, so after a shower, the mirror is still clear and fog-free – a very thoughtful touch.

Thirdly, the bathroom has a sound adjustment device, so you can still hear the TV playing outside and even control the volume.

Finally, the TV can connect to YouTube, allowing you to choose your favorite shows to watch or listen to.
