Worst hotel experience ever! Terrible service and extremely rude staff.
We stayed here for 4 nights, and the entire experience was a nightmare. First, we had to ask the front desk for bottled water every day, and they told us they could only give us 2 bottles a day.
On our fourth day, we asked the front desk to clean our room before we went out. When we came back, the room hadn’t been touched. We then asked them to at least change the towels and take out the trash. When we returned later, it was STILL not done.
I called the front desk to complain, but the staff completely ignored me, refused to help, and even HUNG UP the phone on me! We had no choice but to go down to the lobby ourselves just to beg for clean towels.
I have never stayed at a hotel with such an appalling attitude. Avoid this place at all costs!

Very nwar by shiomi station and just 2 station left from tokyo station and tokyo Disneyland

I enjoyed the experience overall. The hotel is very close to the station, which made traveling around Tokyo very convenient. There is also a FamilyMart right below the hotel, perfect for quick snacks and essentials.
The hotel has a hot spring and gym facilities, although I didn’t get the chance to use them during my stay. The room itself was super spacious compared to many hotels in Tokyo. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was large and very clean, and I also liked the Bluetooth audio speaker provided in the room.
My only complaint was the touchscreen air-conditioning control panel. It was not very responsive and honestly quite frustrating to use. I would have preferred a traditional remote controller instead. Aside from that, everything else felt modern, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic! The room was super spacious, enough for three people to open their suitcases simultaneously. It's really close to Shiomi Station, about a three-minute walk. In the afternoon, there's coffee available in the lobby, which is also very large and beautiful. Plus, there were staff members who spoke Chinese and proactively offered help. Highly recommend!

I had a really enjoyable stay at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing throughout my stay. Its location is also very convenient, as it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around Tokyo.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and pleasant place to stay.

I got the superior king room and it was totally worth the price ! It was massive!!! . I love the hotel the staff are soo nice and helpful and your room is always going to be cleaned x , I would definitely come back here again when staying in Tokyo . It’s very close to Disneyland/sea but also close to Ginza xx even though the station is near by it’s not too noisy at all x && there’s a family mart right downstairs!!!

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel was a really great place to stay in during my trip to Tokyo. It has many convienient amenities close by - a Family Mart in the hotel, a bathhouse, a fitness room, a restaurant and the train station is just a 3 minute walk away. Even though the location seems a little far from most of the attractions in Tokyo, the stay really made up for it and I will definitely be booking another room here during my next visit.

Facilities: Very luxurious, with all the necessary amenities like an ice machine and laundry room. The items in the hotel room were relatively new, and the room itself was quite spacious for Tokyo standards. A special shout-out to the standby video background music on the hotel TV – it was truly lovely.
Hygiene: Very clean, standard five-star hotel management.
Environment: Located near Tokyo Bay, a bit far from the city center but very close to Disney, so there are pros and cons. It's very quiet at night with hardly any traffic, though the commute time is a bit long (about 50 minutes to Shinjuku).
