Reviews
Stayed as a couple.
The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. You can also read manga! However, it's far from the downtown area, so it's a good choice for people who like to walk, people staying long-term on business, or people who eat at inns. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.
The rooms were clean and nice. There weren't many power outlets, so it was difficult to use the refrigerator, kettle, and charge my phone at the same time. However, we happened to have a power strip with us, so it was fine.
There are two family baths. It's nice, but first come, first served.
This inn is attractive for its comprehensive range of in-house services.
The women's yukatas had a wide variety of designs, all of which were cute, and it was fun choosing. They also provided haori coats to wear over the yukata, which also came in a wide variety, a nice touch that you don't often see at other inns.
The rooms were clean and relaxing. The food was varied, beautifully colored, and absolutely delicious. The baths are private and require reservations, so it was nice to be able to relax in them.
The staff were also very kind, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. This is an inn that I would like to stay at again.
I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with no meals included, but it was a very comfortable stay. The hot bath was also great.
The reviews said the breakfast was well received, so I'd like to dine there next time.
As an aside, due to heavy snowfall, both the express bus and train were unavailable on the way back, so I took the Hokuriku Shinkansen 🚄 for the first time.
The room was small, with a shared bathroom and shower. It's been many, many years since I've stayed in a room without a private bathroom. Shower time needs to be booked in advance and can be reserved for half an hour. The soundproofing was poor, affecting my sleep.
It cost nearly 20,000 yen per night on weekends; I felt ripped off. The facilities were quite old, but thankfully it was clean enough. Perhaps it's a cultural difference, but it was definitely a different experience.
