The rooms are immaculately clean. The bathroom being a standard unit bath is quite big for the type of room you'll get. The rest of the room in terms of size is typical for a reasonable business hotel.
Bed is a bit hard, but not too hard for me. It could be a bit softer. The chair is plain wooden. They could do with a cushion for one's bum.
The location is perfect, because this hotel chose not to connect itself directly to the stroad that rips right through the city. Instead, the entrance (for cars) is on a sidestreet, where it should be. Hopefully many other business will choose to follow this example.
