Service: The hotel's service truly reflects its star-rating. After check-in, a staff member escorted us to the elevator and bowed to us until we entered.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable, though the carpet had some stains. Perhaps replacing carpets is a major undertaking.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but it didn't significantly impact our stay. The hotel's location isn't as convenient as Nagoya Station or Sakae; you'll need to take the subway for all your outings.

I stayed here last ***** New Year as well, and this year it was much more affordable because I booked a room voucher in advance through Ctrip. Thanks, Ctrip, for the great deal! My overall check-in was very smooth, and the twin room was spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time! My absolute favorite part is the hotel's shuttle to Aeon, which is only 20 meters away, where they have delicious sushi and half-price Hida beef. The value for money is incredible!

This is an older hotel, and while it shows its age a bit, it's incredibly well-maintained and spotlessly clean. It's perfectly situated at Kanayama Station, one of Nagoya's major transportation hubs. You can take the Meitetsu line directly from the airport, and other subway lines offer easy access to various Nagoya attractions. Right outside, you'll find an art museum, convenience stores, and a wide array of restaurants. It offers excellent value for money.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Jinshan Station exit. Using the hotel's side entrance makes access even more convenient. It's also in a commercial center, so there are plenty of dining options nearby.
The room was very spacious. For our family of three, they had already set up the sofa bed, which was a very thoughtful touch.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, including a three-way unagi dish.

All the fatigue from the flight melted away the moment I stepped into the room. The space was unexpectedly spacious, allowing me to comfortably spread out my luggage – a true comfort during my trip. Breakfast was an absolute highlight; with a wide selection from authentic Miso Katsu to delicate Western pastries, I tried a bit of everything and both my stomach and heart were thoroughly satisfied. Staying at Nagoya ANA wasn't just about a good night's sleep; it was about experiencing a sense of effortless comfort.

The location offers exceptional convenience with easy access to JR, Meitetsu, and subway lines. This makes traveling to various destinations remarkably straightforward.The proximity of nearby shops offering both eateries and Aeon is a significant advantage. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. A well-equipped gym is a fantastic feature for those who like to stay active.

The reason I came back to the hotel is because of staffs. All of them are so professional and feel try their very best to all customers. My children were also happy to receive their great and kind service. One thing to take note here for myself is, It’s better to make a reservation for dinner at the 2F buffet restaurant even weekdays. Last time we just dropped by and not many groups, but this time almost full.. however still lucky to have seats as my children wanted.

Location is perfect right next to Kanayama train station which is connected to train and subway network. The staff were polite and helpful. Just one issue during our stay: We booked a three-bedroom where a sofa bed was not fully flat. I slept for the first night feeling discomfort at low back. We called the hotel service desk and the lady staff was very helpful to add a layer of blanket underneath the mattress to help. While it’s not perfect but it still felt better for remaining few nights of sleep. Suggest the hotel to review this issue especially for guest staying for a few nights.
