Bed sheet condition is quite old and some hair found on it.
And some some poo mark in the mater closet.

Great Legoland Hotel and wonderful kid friendly facility provided, including kid play zone - Keep playing Lego. My kid enjoyed so much. Large room with treasure box quiz in room as gift. Good location and car parking area nearby, less than 10min walk distance. Adjacent to Legoland Japan. Fantastic buffet breakfast offered to visitors. Strongly recommended if you like Lego!

We checked-in at 7:50pm, went back downstairs to the restaurants to look for something to eat after leaving our stuff in the room (about 15mins)... For skyline lounge, they said resveration is required thus its a NO. Then went to the buffet, they said last entry is 8pm while the restaurant closes at 9pm. As a result we had to head back to Nagoya city for dinner. Then we requested for a memory foam pillow at the front desk when we get back to the hotel, and they said no stock for the item... even it mentioned there is memory foam pillow at the service insert inside the hotel room.

Great service, and it was super convenient to take the kids to Legoland.

This is a wonderful hotel with everything you need for a family trip with kids. The service is top-notch and they are just so much fun to have within the hotel. The kids absolutely love it. The staff are super nice and the breakfast is also good.

Excellent value for over 1600. The front desk staff spoke good English and gave us a room with a view facing Legoland. The hotel facilities are very kid-friendly, and the restaurant serves food that children love. Don't forget to open the safe in your room – it comes with a bag of LEGO toys! For dining, I recommend the street behind the hotel, Maker's Pier, which offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a children's pool where kids can play and even build their own life raft. Be sure to book in advance; reservations for the afternoon or evening slots open at 12 PM, and each session is 30 minutes long. There's also a small children's playground next to the restaurant.

Our kids absolutely loved it! They had a blast playing in the kids' room. The hotel is filled with LEGOs everywhere, and we really enjoyed the kids' pool – just remember to book it in advance.

Happy visiting Lego Nagoya. The park is different from other counties as we visited.
Will visit the park again when the Ninjago park is ready in 2027.
Looking forward to it
