Location: It's super convenient, directly connected to the mall and Nagano Station from the 2nd floor. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but it's very clean and spacious, so it felt quite good. I bought some Nagano apples (pretty average) and discounted sushi from the supermarket on the first floor of the mall, and had a DIY dinner at the hotel, hehe 😁

Linked to JR station, super convenient for travellers who are taking public transport. Staff was fluent in English and super friendly. While the hotel looks vintage, it was well maintained and gives off old school vibes. Recommended to stay here for transit!

Shuttle bus service from Nagano Station is a bonus! Close enough to attractions by car, parking is abundant paid 1000yen for 2 days parking. Breakfast spread is pretty good. Only down side is that the hotel is slightly old.

Thank you for the thoughtful service. The hotel is a bit far from Nagano Station, so I used the shuttle bus. The driver was also very polite and made the ride pleasant. If I have the chance to visit Nagano again, I'd like to stay here. *A special thank you to all the staff at the breakfast buffet.

Everything was good, but the lack of a swimming pool was a major drawback. The shuttle bus to the train station and the partner hot springs was a definite plus.
