it is actually not too far from the station but the road along is really bumpy, so hard to drag suitcase along. and then the escalator to the lobby is not working and the only restaurant in the hotel is rather pricey for its level so we ended up eating at the convenience store

The room was spacious enough to store all my skiing gear. The service was excellent, and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. When I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, it was delivered to my room very quickly. They also have a capsule machine for coffee/tea.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Nagano Station, with plenty of shopping options nearby, including Don Quijote. I stayed for 2 nights, and it was very quiet. The room was standard Toyoko Inn style, and the breakfast was good! It's also convenient for visiting nearby Togakushi and the Snow Monkey Park!

Everything was good, but the lack of a swimming pool was a major drawback. The shuttle bus to the train station and the partner hot springs was a definite plus.

This hotel feels like a small but excellent value-for-money king, completely exceeding expectations. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are excellent. They also offer complimentary noodles in the evening. The hot spring water quality is superb, and after a soak, there are various popsicles and ice creams available. There were lots of manga and it was fun. There was a cute robot at the front desk. I was also happy that there was a hot spring and sauna. It was convenient as it was close to the station.

Perfectly located at Nagano station - connected by walkway bridge with Don Quijote just a few steps away. The staff at front desk were fantastic, always smiling and proactive too! Fantastic stay, extremely helpful & polite staff. Prime location, connected to Nagano station via the overpass, so you don't need to cross the road, super convenient. Location is crazy good! Have level 2 link bridge to hotel directly from JR station. Nearby have many restaurants and same building with donki.

The hotel's distance from Nagano JR station is decent. On our first day, it snowed, and navigation led us down a difficult side road. I'd recommend sticking to the main road; it's quite convenient and not much further. Overall, the environment is good, and the service is excellent. They also have a Kaiseki restaurant on the top floor.

The hotel's location is superb, very close to Nagano Station, with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi connection. They offered a casting service, but I couldn't connect – I'm not sure if it was because my Apple ID is Chinese. The staff's English skills were limited, so I had to give up trying to resolve it.

The hotel conditions are good. Rooms were clean and big. The bathrooms are also bigger. Price is reasonable. The breakfast costs an additional 1450 JPY.

We went skiing in Nagano Prefecture and stayed one night. The seafood restaurant next to the hotel was pretty good; you could try it. The only downside was that, as is typical of Route Inn hotels, the large public onsen (hot spring bath) only had a men's bath, no women's. My wife and two daughters were very unhappy, feeling it was blatant gender discrimination.

It's just okay. The only downside is that you have to walk outside to get to the hot springs, but it's clean and reasonably priced.

It is over-priced for the quality. My friend and I stayed in different hotels since we struggled to find a room in the same hotel. Even if the prices were the same as those of my friend’s hotel, my hotel was terrible compared to hers. It was dirty, and they gave only croissants or small breads. I do not recommend it.
