This is the best hotel for visiting Jigokudani Monkey Park; you can walk there easily. Excellent and cozy hotel. However, the receptionist's service was a bit gruff, and my room was dirty. It’s a short walk from the ski room to the gondola.  We enjoyed the restaurants and onsen.  This is a quiet place.  We had a fantastic week of skiing with fresh snow on five consecutive days. There is a small kitchen, a fridge, and a nespresso machine. Each room has also a TV with Apple TV! Highly recommended!

Great accommodation. Friendly staff. Kitchen in the room. The TV also had and Apple TV box that allowed me to surf the net and watch a lot of things. The hotel is 3m from the bus stop and 7mins from the slopes. Really good

This is the highlight of our trip in Japan. The food, service, cleanliness, location, room and the access to the loungue is just perfect. It was hard to leave this hotel at the end of our trip.

We enjoyed the inclusive services a lot. The private onsens were amazing and our room had a very great view.

Highly recommended. Definitely worth the money. (Free) shuttle service from/to Karuizawa saved us much time. All the onsens (including the one inside the room) are enjoyable. Definitely will visit again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, except for its location being a bit far from the ski lifts. I mainly chose this hotel because it's one of the few in Nozawa Onsen with private bathrooms. The dinners were incredibly generous every night. The room temperature was just right, heated by AC but never cold. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I feel like we got the best surprise as I was unsure what we were expecting. The room space is cozy but just enough for a family. The service is exceptional, the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is really good and dinner was exceptional with many courses and changing everyday.

We had a great experience here. It's a long walk to the slopes, but we knew that before we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, our Japanese style room was spacious and comfortable. 

This hotel delivers everything you want from a family holiday. Although it is situated away from the centre of the village, we found this to be an advantage for our family, preferring a quiet location. Only 5 mins walk to the Chuo main terminal, where you can catch the free local shuttle bus to the ski fields. Getting to the hotel from Iiyama station was also easy via Nagaden Bus No.9 from bus stop...

Highly recommend! This is the best hotel in Karuizawa. The hotel has a very understated European style, and it took me quite a while to find the lobby. 😂😂😂 The room is huge; for this price point, it might just be the biggest room in all of Japan. The hotel is famous for its Western cuisine. Dinner and breakfast for three people only cost a little over 5000 RMB. If I ever come back to Karuizawa...

Fantastic resort with western artistic style. Location a bit far but that’s the purpose of a resort! Nice views from the hotel and gorgeous photo taking spots. Onsen also not bad

I stay at this hotel every year. It has a traditional, old-world feel, with a quiet, private atmosphere. The hotel restaurant serves French cuisine, but reservations are required. There are two hot springs, both with their own unique charm.

There maybe BED BUGS, My back was pinched several times during the stay.
