I think the hotel service was pretty good, eventually after I check it only notice I left my New Nike shoes. Luckily they keep it and returned to me afterwards

Room was very worn down, with noisy ventilation, and everything was in poor condition, such rare issue in a Japan hotel. The photo attached was after a room change to a better room on the Japanese floor, however we found hair on 2 towels in the bathroom and different parts of the room including bedside table and pillow, seems they don’t practice vacuuming.

But luckily we were only there for a night, so definitely not recommended for anyone looking for a clean and decent hotel to stay in Nagoya. Location wise is also a little far away. Room includes breakfast, with all the basic food except no fresh milk, a little weird.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it’s clean and comfortable, the room is a good size, and the breakfast offers many great options with good coffee. The room also includes a sink and a microwave, which is very convenient.

The hotel facilities are complete, and there's a mini-fridge. The hygiene is pretty good, and the environment is decent. It's located near a subway station. The room is a bit small, but that's typical for Japanese hotels. Overall, the service was quite good, and everything was very convenient.

this hotel is pretty far walk from train station. it's easier to take taxi rather than try to find it on foot first time arriving. it's an average and dated hotel. it does has nice toiletries and breakfast included.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
