Only the facade and lobby look grand. The only good thing is the airport shuttle goes directly there. Nothing else was good. The room was large but very rundown. The bathroom lighting was dim.

Trust me on this, even though the hotel is old, the bed is incredibly comfortable. It's been a long time since I've slept so soundly. Plus, while the exterior is dated, the interior rooms have been renovated. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also a nice touch.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's truly a classic, established hotel. The service was very nice, and the hygiene was excellent. Plus, there's a 24-hour drugstore right next door!

I booked this hotel for a concert... The location is excellent, with two 24-hour drugstores downstairs and two convenience stores. The location of this hotel is outstanding for the price. Although the room was small, it was well-designed and very clean, with everything appearing brand new. Great Legoland Hotel and wonderful kid friendly facility provided, including kid play zone - Keep playing Lego. My kid enjoyed so much. Large room with treasure box quiz in room as gift. You dont need to bring your own at all, only traveling wears. For me, the location is a bit far and it’s hard to find the lift/elevator from subway to hotel. It was a hotel with a retro atmosphere. I couldn't find the breakfast venue (it wasn't on the 7th floor), so even though my plan included breakfast, I checked out without eating it. The closest convenience store is probably the 7-Eleven near Kakuozan Station.

It was very close to the station and the service was excellent! It was also close to Mount Kakuozan, so it was fun to walk around the area.

It's very close to the subway station, so it's convenient for transportation. The gate closes at midnight, so it's a hassle to have to call the attendant every time to open the gate, so I hope they come up with some kind of solution.

Aside from the inconvenience of going out late at night and the need for a security guard to open the door, everything else is quite standard.
