Only the facade and lobby look grand. The only good thing is the airport shuttle goes directly there. Nothing else was good. The room was large but very rundown. The bathroom lighting was dim.

Trust me on this, even though the hotel is old, the bed is incredibly comfortable. It's been a long time since I've slept so soundly. Plus, while the exterior is dated, the interior rooms have been renovated. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also a nice touch.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's truly a classic, established hotel. The service was very nice, and the hygiene was excellent. Plus, there's a 24-hour drugstore right next door!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for shopping in the栄 (Sakae) business district. There's also a direct airport express bus from Chubu Centrair International Airport (boarding at Terminal 1, stop 6) straight to the hotel, which is super convenient.

An older, established hotel with spacious rooms, perfect for a family trip. The lobby is quite grand and had a lovely Christmas atmosphere. I booked this hotel for a concert... The location is excellent, with two 24-hour drugstores downstairs and two convenience stores. There's a smoking room in the lobby on the first floor, with a self-service drink machine right outside. When I was booking my hotel, I ran into some issues, but to my surprise, the hotel manager at check-in helped me sort everything out. His service was incredibly professional, and I'm very grateful! 🙏 The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are tons of great places to eat near the hotel. After a month and a half, I flew to Nagoya again and chose to stay at the Hilton once more. This time, I got a really good deal on the room, I'm not sure why. Even though it was closer to Christmas and the annual conference season, and the hotel occupancy was much higher than in late October, the price was over 300 RMB cheaper per night compared to my stay then. The hotel provided a very comfortable night’s sleep, with a cozy bed and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to rest well. However, one downside was the lack of self-service laundry facilities, which would have made the stay more convenient, especially for longer visits.
