An alright hotel, but falsely advertised on booking.com. Our room was listed as having 2 bunk beds, but only had one. The room was an alright size, though the ladder for the top bunk definitely cramps things up. There is no plug for the top bunk either, so cords can be complicated. The hours for the onsen are also not great, at least for the women's times. The parking lot for the hotel is supposedly...

Happy stay!!!!(: Only sad I stayed two nights. The capsule room felt dreamy. Comfy bed and sheets, premade waiting for you to get cozy. The fan inside to keep the air circulating was great. Super clean!! Great WiFi. Loved the hot spring bath (2min walk). Good location 10/15min from station. Cute park nearby. Only downfall is the bathrooms are in the sleeping area and no kitchen, but mini fridge. I...

The room was compact and small, but it was clean and nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. I booked with breakfast included, and it was very satisfying. I recommend it.

Very clean and lots of amenities. We were allowed to park our bicycles in the room. Had a great stay.

location quite far from station but near shopping street. hot spring is good but quite small. it have locker but you have to pay or have a key card to unlock.

Good price but noisy from 7th floor .

Clean, friendly and reasonable price, close to everything. Thank you.

I understand the facilities are old, but there were bugs in the room, and it was so itchy I couldn't sleep. The cleanliness was very poor. It was cheap, so I stayed there and then regretted it. I will never go back.

Parking is available just at the another side of the road. The hotel is old but the reception is great. A map with nearby attractions by hand is shown at receptions.

Very friendly English-speaking staff. Bathroom quite worn down.
