The room was basic, but the spa was amazing. Large and a lot of stuff to do. Good dining options in the complex.

It's very good. It has everything to eat, drink and have fun, especially the hot springs. There are many pools and open-air pools.

This natural hot spring is a volcanic hot spring that flows from Mt. Fuji in Shizuoka, and has a beautiful sea view. It's a place you can easily enjoy with your family and friends! It's a great place to go to release the fatigue and stress from work.

The accommodation was clean and the room was very spacious; I could easily fit two large suitcases at once. The breakfast was delicious. The staff came to collect the trash regularly. I have a suggestion: if you opt for a less-than-full-service cleaning, you'll receive two cans of beer. ❤️

The place was very welcoming and very nice, just a word of warning the ***** bath is not tattoo friendly, if you have small tattoos less than a size of a post card they can give you stickers to cover.

The location is not very accessible without a car, but it's a cheap and comfortable stay. And the hotel has a bathroom, so it's great for showering.

The hotel room was spacious for Tokyo standards; it was a simple, budget hotel. The onsen (hot spring) dressing area was rather small and required queuing. The staff were polite, but the cleanliness of the public areas was average compared to other hotels. Perhaps because I booked late, the price was relatively high.

The stunning lawn and Mount Fuji views are breathtaking, and the lobby and rooms are beautifully elegant. Breakfast is also delicious. Waking up early, bundling up, and taking a stroll around the lawn is the perfect way to start a vibrant and refreshing day.

A bit hard to get to and the road was scary! Once there, the onsen, kaiseki and service were second to none! Honestly, arriving at the hotel was the most challenging aspect of the entire journey. It is advisable to be patient and arrive at least 10 minutes early for the buses, as they depart punctually. Very good location if you know how to take bus. Highly recommend to read their website for how to get to the hotel beforehand. Hotel staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We booked Japanese traditional style room with futon, it was awesome experience. Only one tip - recommend to get alcohols from local store, restaurant charges more than twice than regular market

Very very satisfied! Because the schedule was too tight, it was very late to come to the hostel...but the owner and staff were very enthusiastic and really enjoyed it, three or four staff helped carry our luggage to the room and greeted us to the restaurant for a rich seafood dish. Excellent location near Shizuoka Station and the shopping mall. Only 5 parking lots and all fully booked. It was raining when we arrived, so that was inconvenient. To have to park elsewhere and find the way back in the rain. The twin bed types are unusually large, like 2 queen beds. Leaves little space for luggage. Good for fam with young kids though.

The location is quite convenient. If you exit Shizuoka Station's South Exit and walk straight for two blocks, you'll see the hotel. Along the way, there are a few izakayas, and right next to the hotel is a 7-Eleven. The front desk is on the second floor, and you can self-check-in/out. The only issue was that a family of three (with a three-year-old child) in a double bed felt a bit cramped.

I booked two single rooms on the ladies' floor this time, and the rooms were still very spacious and quiet. The hotel is a bit dated, one of the beds was quite saggy, and the air conditioning was rather noisy. However, the room itself was very clean, and coin-operated laundry facilities are available. Its location is a big plus, right next to the station and close to shopping malls, making it a decent choice overall.

The location is extremely convenient, with all essential amenities nearby. It's super close to the station. For any anime/manga fan, this place is a total delight, especially being just a six-minute walk from Surugaya! Absolutely loved it! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shizuoka.

Please note that the sauna bath is time-limited. Tenjinya is nearby, which is convenient. I would like to use it again.

I was happy to receive a can of beer as a welcome drink.

The hotel itself feels like a reasonably priced business, but the cospa is quite good as you can use the affiliated Matsunoyu for free. Beer and mineral water were in the fridge (free). Shizuoka Bicycle Race is within walking distance (15 to 20 minutes), so it is recommended for bicycle race lovers.

Wouldn't it be nice if we didn't ask for a lot of things from a business hotel? You can walk quite a bit from Higashi-Shizuoka Station, but it takes about 5 minutes from Yunoki on the Shizuoka Railway. Compared to the exterior, the interior is old-fashioned. Due to the influence of Corona, breakfast is a style of going to the restaurant below to get a lunch and eating it in your room.

As for the bath, I was able to use a large hot spring facility in the neighborhood about 5 minutes on foot, and it was very nice to get rid of my tiredness at the hot spring. The large communal bath in the hotel here was also a large communal bath because no one was using it and I happened to be able to enjoy it alone. So I had a unit bath in my room, but I didn't use it. I enjoyed a lot when staying at this hotel, especially its outstanding breakfast. The hotel itself is not new, however the room looks newly renovated. The only one thing needed to be improved is the high step to the bethroom, it is higher than any other business hotel I have ever stayed and therefore dangerous for my elder parent, myself also kicked the step once. High value for your money. Basically this one was cheap. It cost a little more than US$200 for three nights. You could view Mt Fuji from your room (depending on your room's orientation).

This was the largest and most affordable hotel I stayed at in Japan. Overall, it was quite good, and I'd highly recommend it. My only complaint is that the room felt very dusty. In fact, I even ended up with a sore throat the very first day I returned home. 😭😭😭

Breakfast is as terrible …staff tried their best to convince kitchen staff….but they failed in serving proper vegetarian breakfast even after choosing food on their options…. Hotel staff excellent but kitchen department worst… Vegetarian don’t take breakfast.
