The room isn't very spacious; it's a compact twin room, and the bathroom facilities aren't the newest. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to Toyama Station, and they even provide free tram tickets

Good location, the train station is just within 5mins walking distance. F&B is below and nearby there's many. The famous ramenya and Toyama sushi shop is just at next street. Cleanliness is good for 3 stars hotel

Before trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully)

8mins walk from JR station but easy to find, open hot bath with magnificent view. breakfast is good with options of western or japanese style. Get a good price at trip.com, will definitely return next time

The room is small but you can just sleep. The large shared bath has a great view and after bathing there is draft beer which is the best. (It would be better if I put it in for 24 hours) And the breakfast was delicious

The hotel is right next to Toyama Castle, and you might get lucky and see the Tateyama Mountain Range from the side. There's a convenience store and a tram station across the street, which is generally good

Great service by staff, very helpful, they received and sent my luggages by Yamato. Carpark right in basement is convenient. If only they didnt provide Chinese made bathroom toiletries (NZ brand)

Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly

I stayed here, paid for parking at the counter. So I have to pay 2X for parking. because I went out for dinner after 1-2 hours of checking in. You should pay directly cheaper. they are not good at explaining to guests

This hotel is within walking distance from the JR Toyama station. As I reached the hotel on 30 Dec at around 11am, the staff knew that I was a tourist and was able to converse in English with me

We were able to get to the shinkansen lines very early. service is top notch for a non luxury hotel. As expected, rooms are really small. In our couple room, we barely had enough space to walk while fixing our luggages

The location of the hotel was 20 minutes by foot from Toyama station and it was just outside the tram station. The hotel was clean and the room had an air purifier.. One of the stuffs gave us two free tram tickets.

The breakfast is pretty good, especially if you like sashimi. The location is very convenient for getting around. However, the room size felt smaller than what was advertised, maybe it wasn't the internal usable area

Breakfast was quite generous, and there's a 24-hour drink bar. The hot water for the coffee machine is at the very bottom, indicated by a red button

I asked for a high floor room that overlooked the station/mountains - I did get a high floor room but a side view of the building beside the hotel

I thought the room would be small, but it was actually quite spacious. We visited Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri village. The hotel also has a public bath, and the service was very good

We left the hotel at 6:55am and arrived at Pier Bandai, a commercial facility near Niigata Port, by 10am. This is something that can only be done at a hotel that is almost directly connected to the interchange

This may be something that is unique to a hotel with a name that goes "XX Interchange", but there are a lot of people trying to leave the hotel early in the morning

As its name suggests, Hotel Route Inn Toyama Inter was located at the junction with the general road after exiting Toyama Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway

The bath was made of cedar and I could smell the nice smell from the room. The onsen was the best hotel onsen we went to in Japan. Very surprised for the good price

I loved that my room had a small onsen as well, so I could continue to soak in the comfort of my room after visiting the big onsen. Both were great and it really helps to relax the body after a long day

Good location with many shops opposite the hotel. A personal onsen bath in the hotel room is relaxing. The local buffet breakfast was excellent and free Ramen at night was delicious

We visited almost all the onyado nono in Japan. This one is good as usual, one difference is little private onsen in the room

Toyama Castle is conveniently located right next door. Guests can enjoy unlimited Yakult, and the hotel even offers complimentary late-night ramen! Overall, it's an excellent base for your trip

The front desk service is amazing. The hot spring is very comfortable. The room is clean and hygienic with a dry and wet separation. The mini bar has pudding and mineral water. The breakfast is also very sumptuous

It's just a 15-minute straight walk from Toyama Station. Remember to bring a bath towel when you go to soak in the hot spring!! The lady checking out was very gentle. I hope you like the panda pendant

- 7/8 mins' walk away from the train station - Lawson really close downstairs - (paid) washing and drying machines - free edible ice - free coffee in the lobby - room relatively small but it was not a surprise as it was clearly displayed on the booking page - restroom actually relatively spacious compared to the room and good shower facilities

This hotel offered the best value for money during this trip. It's not far from Toyama Station. It's a five- or six-minute walk from the North Exit, and there's a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite

The double bed is too small. I did not have a good sleep But the view is fantastic

The interior decoration and design are a bit old. I look forward to the next time I come to renovate it. You can park for one night for 1,300 yen. It is very good for self-driving tours

When you think of Route Inn, you think of a large public bath! But this hotel doesn't have one. It's a 5-minute walk from Toyama Station. There's a Lawson store nearby. There are also many restaurants nearby

When it's busy at breakfast time first thing in the morning, there aren't enough seats, so some people have to wait. This can be inconvenient if you're in a hurry

If I had to say something, it would be that the front desk is on the second floor, and the elevator always stops there when going to the first floor

Hotel is 3km away from Tateyama station, good place to stay for Kurobe Alphine Route

The staff were kind and the food was delicious. As for the bath, when the pressure was out of order, you could see the stars from the open-air bath, and a rainbow in the morning bath. It felt great!

The smell of the tatami was amazing! (^^) The room was spacious and beautiful, almost too big for a single person. It was so clean, I did notice a few strands of hair in the corner, which bothered me a little

The hot spring has an open-air pool and you can also enjoy endless beautiful views. You must choose the one night and two meals package, because there are no restaurants nearby, you have to eat at the hotel

The large public bath was also spacious and nice. The open-air bath was also amazing! (≧∀≦) I loved being able to choose my favorite yukata pattern
