Daiwa Roynet Hotel

Very bad experience. Booked a non-smoke room but get a smoke room with badly smell. Aged equipment and not comfortable.

We travel in group..
As a non smooking guess.. i got double bed room but its smooking room with a heavy smeel of cigarettes.

Then i talked to some one who claimed herself as manager, and requested to change room to non smooking room. She told us that its full and no more non smoking double bed room. So how? We said its ok if the room type is not double bed, twin also ok. But she asked us to pay morr for that.. what a japanese hospitality is this?

Hotel can't fullfilled for non smooking room and asked us to pay more !

My family got rooms (2 rooms) that the aircondition controller in the room was not working. Set 18°c but feel like 25. We call the hotel's staff and they come with portable airconditional which is not helping cause and the back of these portable aircondition come out a hot air. Last.. no more choices.. we open up the window.
