Facilities: Quite old. About a 10-minute walk from the JR station.
Hygiene: Generally good, quite decent.
Environment: Close to the city hall, generally good.
Service: Overall good, quite satisfactory.

The location is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk from the JR station following the navigation. However, the service is truly awful! There are free tram tickets for tourists distributed at hotel front desks before check-in in this area. I went in the morning to confirm my booking, and after dropping off my luggage, I wanted to use the free tickets to go to the beach. But an older male at the front desk told me I could only get them after 3 PM check-in. This is ridiculous! My check-in was processed, and my luggage was already at the hotel, but they still wouldn't give them to me. Moreover, these free bus tickets are distributed by the tourism board specifically for foreign visitors. The hotel is really a disgrace and a hindrance!

Arrived in Toyama with great excitement, ready to start my trip. The room design was a bizarre, face-to-face door structure. I was originally assigned room 611, but for some reason, it was changed to 601, which has that face-to-face door layout. The front desk's explanation was astounding: 'Because it's cheaper.' I was speechless. Isn't the price set by *them*? How does that relate to the room's structure? Did they design rooms this way just for a certain price point? To avoid any further brain-damage, I decided not to speak to them for the rest of my stay.

Business hotel sized rooms. As other reviews said, they do not help keep luggage after check out. Please beware. Not that hard to find the hotel with the help of maps.

This hotel really nice, near to toyama station and toyama temple just like 10 minutes walk, superb

A bit of walking distance from Toyama station, need to cross roads few times to reach the hotel. The room is small but well equipped. Detergent is not provided FOC if you want to use washing machine, need to go to hotel reception to get one.
