8 minutes From station. Nice breakfast buffet. The service is good.

Great price... I love the convienece of APA's and the amenities here include breakfest and bathhouse/ofuro. It's made for overnight stays and has self parking.

Helpful Reception. The rooms are clean, the room I stayed in was very silent, The only noise I ever heard was from the station, it was always very short. Will most likely stay here again if I come back to Toyama.

The hotel is relatively new, with on site parking. It is located at the top few floors of a business building. There no hotel reception on the ground floor only a phone and the entrance is hard to find if you are driving and it’s at the back of the building. We stayed here for one night on our way to Umi Hata Coast. The location is excellent, right opposite the JR station. As expected from a chain hotel, the room was standard. The front desk staff who helped us check in was very friendly and welcoming. The real gem of this hotel is on the 18th floor; if the weather is good, you can witness the sunrise over the Central Mountains.

About a 7-minute walk from Toyama Station, making it very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is great for dining and shopping. Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toyama.

Right across from Toyama Station. The hotel breakfast is simple but tastes good. It's a standard chain business hotel, generally clean and tidy. The room facilities are complete. You can ask the front desk for a tram pass. Toyama is a city where you can walk everywhere.

Due to a booking error made by the agent, my check-in experience was terrible. Large room size with lots of spaces even for triple room. Hotel itself is pretty old style interior (shiny wooden). Carpet is a bit old. Location is next to Toyama castle and 2kms from Kansui park at the river. Good for a morning run. Staff at reception area and lobby drop off are very friendly and helpful. The car park is a building away from main entrance.

High service standards as expected of ANA hotels. Location was less ideal although if one is driving, it is near to restaurants.

The hotel should have instructions in English for some equipments. For example, the digital control panel for the temperature is entirely in Japanese.

Small room. Dated AC, ventilation. But not dirty. Hard bed like if slept on tatami, but surprisingly, I slept fine. You get what you pay for.

The location of the hotel was 20 minutes by foot from Toyama station and it was just outside the tram station. The hotel was clean and the room had an air purifier.. One of the stuffs gave us two free tram tickets.

Everything is good. I love the Dormy Inn Hotel. Just a staff of the Dormy Inn Kanazawa branch seems a bit more professional and the location for this branch is more far. But all standards is good quality. Free hot springs, hot soba, soft drinks, ice-cream and manga books service. Really recommend!

This is a very comfortable Japanese-style hot spring hotel. You need to take off your shoes upon check-in. There's a communal hot spring on the second floor, and rooms also have bathtubs with hot spring water. Free ice cream is available on the second floor, and breakfast is quite extensive too.

The facilities are clean; I stayed in a smoking room and there was no smoke smell. The bathrooms and showers were also very clean. The service was excellent. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in Toyama.

The lobby and location were beautiful, and we went for a walk in Kansui Park in the evening. There is an additional fee to leave your car, and it is an old-fashioned parking lot where you have to have someone help you get your car in and out, so it can be a hassle if you just want to go out for a bit. I recommend leaving your car at the hotel after you've finished everything.

The hotel was near the railway station, and it was walking distance to the various shops at the station. The staff was polite and professional in checking us in. The room was small as per Japanese standard.

The exterior is similar to the Venetian Macao Hotel. If you like European architecture, you can't miss it. The hotel has a nice view and you can see the mountains in the distance. The lobby has that classic, luxurious feel of an old-world hotel, but the guest rooms, perhaps due to elevator maintenance, felt a bit haphazard. The location, however, is incredibly central, and they offer a free drink bar.

A bit of walking distance from Toyama station, need to cross roads few times to reach the hotel. The room is small but well equipped. Detergent is not provided FOC if you want to use washing machine, need to go to hotel reception to get one.

I stayed at the hotel with a plan that included breakfast, but the breakfast hall was full and the opening time was extended by 30 minutes from the usual time, but I didn't have time to wait for a seat to become available, so I checked out without eating. The hotel I booked in Tateyama Kurobe for adjustment was very big. The front desk clerk was very kind and allowed me to check in early, which I deserve a thumbs up for. The location was a little remote, but there was a free shuttle to the station so it was okay.
