This hotel is such a gem in a charming city like Fukuyama. The amenities are plentiful, the room is really spacious and comfortable. It's a good season to open the windows at night, and even with the train, the atmosphere is really quiet at night. The hotel is on the castle side of the station, and there aren't many restaurants nearby except at the station and the other side. But the walk is not far from the station to the hotel. The castle view makes it worthwhile to stay at this side. There is free alcohol (until 7pm) and free drinks (until 11pm) in the evening at the lounge. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choices including raw sashimi. I would definitely stay again in Fukuyama, and also at Vessel Inn.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in the whole of Japan.
Location: The best location. Right beside Fukuyama station, and Fukuyama Castle, with unobstructed views from the room to the castle.
Facilities: Free drink bar with various drinks, including an assortment of Japanese alcohol, free flow.
Room: Extremely spacious, probably the biggest room in this price range.
Reception: Very kind and friendly staff

The best hotel
I ever stay.
Friendly staff.
Yummy breakfast.
Clean room and most of all you can see the castle from the windows .

Free nappies and wipes for baby and a lot of toys and books.

This hotel offers views of Fukuyama Castle, the higher the floor, the better. It's also very close to the JR station, making transportation incredibly convenient.

Extremely satisfied! Great value for money. My window offered a view of Fukuyama Castle, and for the price of a single room, I got a double-sized room, which is incredibly rare in Japan. The location is also super convenient, right next to Fukuyama Station.

The location is superb, right outside Fukuyama Station North Exit, and next to Fukuyama Castle. Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. There's a drink bar offering coffee and other beverages, and during certain hours, alcoholic drinks are also served (unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture, so I don't remember the exact times). What's also really worth mentioning are the incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows.

Right next to Fukuyama Station, making transportation very convenient. Fukuyama Castle is also directly across from the hotel. The service attitude was excellent, 👍.

Hotel is located just outside Fukuyama Rail Station and breakfast buffet is very good. Our superior twin room is comfortable and the view over Fukuyama Castle from our room is amazing.

The location is fantastic, right next to Fukuyama Castle, less than ten meters away. Our room had a great view of the castle, which was lovely. More importantly, the room was very spacious and clean – we easily fit two 30-inch suitcases. The breakfast offered both Japanese and Western styles, and the sashimi was incredibly fresh. Highly recommend!
