Pros: Very close to the station, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Cons: Poor soundproofing for the floors and walls, and the room layout was impractical.

The hotel is a block away from Fukuyama Station, a three-minute walk. The advantage is that you can't hear any train noise at all. There's a supermarket and an Animate store on the basement level. The hotel room was located only about 5 minutes from the train station and had many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, but when taking a shower had to be careful because the temperature fluctuated when in use. The breakfast provided every morning was okay.

Hotel had everything you needed and nothing more. Not that there was one power outlet on the desk, labeled “24h power”, that would keep providing charge to an appliance even when the key card is not the in room power slot next to the door. Easy walking to the hotel from Fukuyama station. The Castle near the station can be easily accessed by walking ( not too tough for me who has a knee issue). I could see Toyoko Inn at the top of the Castle ground.Also the cathedral.

Maybe there were a lot of group guests? It was so crowded that we had to wait in line at breakfast time. Since we had to line up at the breakfast area, I was worried about having to reserve a spot and wandering around with food.

The hotel is incredibly noisy. There are railway tracks right outside the window, and coal wagons clatter along at 1 or 2 AM, starting again at 4 or 5 AM. The hotel has a great location, right next to Fushan Station. The rooms are quite spacious, and it seems to be a renovated older hotel. The only downsides are that the toilet sometimes has a slight backflow odor, and the bathtub drains a bit slowly (though the water pressure is strong). It does have an air purifier, which is a thoughtful touch.

This hotel offers views of Fukuyama Castle, the higher the floor, the better. It's also very close to the JR station, making transportation incredibly convenient.

Extremely satisfied! Great value for money. My window offered a view of Fukuyama Castle, and for the price of a single room, I got a double-sized room, which is incredibly rare in Japan. The location is also super convenient, right next to Fukuyama Station.

Its ridiculous that the air conditioner only comes with warm and wind mode, without cool. And there is no wind even i tuned it the highest. Eventually i had to open the window and asked for a fan, otherwise the room brought u liked an oven.

For me was ok to stay for 2 nights. Rooms are small as usual in japan. I cańt judge about hotel facilities or breakfast, because i really just stayed to sleep.

Even though we arrived late due to traffic congestion and in the middle of the night, they welcomed us with a smile. The room was very clean, and a comb and bath salts were provided. In the morning, they also prepared free croissants and pumpkin soup. They were delicious!! When we left, they opened the elevator for us and saw us off with a smile. I'm really glad I stayed here!!!

However, from about 6:00 on the day of check-out, children's noise echoed in the hallway and was very loud. There is only a sauna and Outdoor Spa for men. Women only get an indoor warm bath, where the window is covered with stickers so you can barely look outside. It's farther away from the station because there is a parking lot, but the open-air rooftop bath is amazing. There is also a small sauna, and it was great to enjoy the night view from the large public bath while feeling the dawn.
