Best Hotels in Fukuyama

Environment: The location is excellent! It was pouring rain when we went, but it only took about 20 minutes to drive to Tomonoura! Service: The front desk staff enthusiastically explained all the services, and the parking attendant was very patient in helping us find empty spots!! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fukuyama

The hotel is great has wonderful standards of maintenance and house keeping. Staff very friendly and restaurant services excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a great number of choicest dishes

Breakfast is amazing! The front counter servers good English communication and hospitality. Very close to the main station, bus station and supermarket.

Pros: Very close to the station, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean

The breakfast buffet had sea bream rice chazuke, which I thought was ingenious, and of course it was delicious. I was able to start the morning feeling rich and had a good day

I have relatives nearby, so I stayed overnight in Fukuyama City, which was a good starting point for Onomichi - Shimanami - Imabari - Takamatsu Castle

The hotel lobby on the first floor is quite nice; the main lobby is on the 8th floor. The room I stayed in was on the top floor, the 16th floor, but unfortunately, there wasn't much of a view

This hotel experience was fantastic! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended local restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and I was very satisfied

Great hotel, nice location and helpful staff. The parking lot was full, but the front desk staff helped us by directing us to the next lot. They upgraded our room when we checked in, which was fun! Great service.

The only downsides are that the toilet sometimes has a slight backflow odor, and the bathtub drains a bit slowly (though the water pressure is strong). It does have an air purifier, which is a thoughtful touch

The hotel has a great location, right next to Fushan Station. The rooms are quite spacious, and it seems to be a renovated older hotel

Rare find in Fukuyama! The room was so big than usual. Many amenities to use and borrow. And the best thing is reception staff was very kind and helpful even with foreigner.

Eventually i had to open the window and asked for a fan, otherwise the room brought u liked an oven

Excellent hotel with big rooms, clean premises and impeccable service. Though location is a bit far from station, still walkable even for family with kids.

The hotel staff is friendly, there is a welcome drink, the breakfast is not very varied but acceptable at this price, there is a free parking lot, suitable for self-driving tours, there is a seria 100 yen store in the isolation area, which is suitable for my wife to buy flat fields, high cost performance, recommended

The room is large and the double bed is enough for a family of four. The disadvantage is that there is no place to put clothes in the bathroom. You need to put them on a small chair by the door

Very nice hotel for both location and service even expensive. When I visited here typhoon hit Japan and no good condition but they kept to provide usual service and giving us safe feeling

The staff are English-speaking. The hotel's views are also worth mentioning: the vast ocean in front and the town and mountains in the back create a delightful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this is a very good review

Rooms have good seaview. The open-air hot spring at the rooftop is superb. It is an ideal spot to unwind for a few days, with comfortable rooms and attentive service that make it easy to recharge.

Dinner course was very delicious, looks beautiful. Hot spring bathroom at both 3F and roof top are clean, wide and big and good view

We opted for breakfast and dinner, and the meals were surprisingly generous and varied. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to and from Fukuyama Station, which can be reserved by calling the hotel in advance

Facilities: Free drink bar with various drinks, including an assortment of Japanese alcohol, free flow. Room: Extremely spacious, probably the biggest room in this price range. Reception: Very kind and friendly staff

The best hotel I ever stay. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Clean room and most of all you can see the castle from the windows . Free nappies and wipes for baby and a lot of toys and books.

The castle view makes it worthwhile to stay at this side. There is free alcohol (until 7pm) and free drinks (until 11pm) in the evening at the lounge. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choices including raw sashimi

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in the whole of Japan. Right beside Fukuyama station, and Fukuyama Castle, with unobstructed views from the room to the castle

Extremely satisfied! Great value for money. My window offered a view of Fukuyama Castle, and for the price of a single room, I got a double-sized room, which is incredibly rare in Japan

The hotel is on the castle side of the station, and there aren't many restaurants nearby except at the station and the other side. But the walk is not far from the station to the hotel

Service: Excellent top of the line Japanese service. We drove in and parked at their nearby sister hotel where they picked us up and put our luggage in the room

Room: One of the best ryokan experience I had in Japan. Room has private bath with balcony over looking the ocean. Beds and room were comfortable and relaxing

The room had plenty of toiletries, a nice coffee set, complimentary drinks, chocolate, pajamas and let you wear yutaka to wear around hotel. Wish they a small dresser to put my clothes in from suitcase

Toilet was not well cleaned with hair lying around. It's quite a dated hotel so don't expect much. Plus point is the public bath at 2nd level which gives you a relief after a long day's walk

I arrived around noon and left my luggage there, and it was already delivered to my room by the time I checked in, which was great.

Very good ryokan, amazing view and personl bath (some rooms) and amazing food made this our favorite ryokan so far! English skills of the staff may be on the low side but helpfulness more than makes up for it

Services are very good even though the location is quite remote. It worth to spend sometime there for relaxation.

The hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus from Fukuyama Station, which is very convenient. Although I stayed at the Annex, the room was large and new, and it even had a terrace with a sea view

There was no shower in the room; you had to go to the public bath, which was well-equipped and very comfortable. The welcome drink was hot soup and dried fish, which was quite unique

We also enjoyed our multicourse dinner and authentic Japanese breakfast, package which we never would have known to order. The staff was lovely and the concierge spoke excellent English, which was very helpful for us

The two meals included with the stay were very plentiful, and the service was excellent

I used it for the reserved accommodation. Anyway, the price is cheap. The food is delicious! The room is clean! The sauna works well! It's a hotel that never happens! It was the best! !! !!

First of all, the amenities at the entrance are wonderful! Even if you stay overnight, women can go empty-handed! The only disappointment is that the parking lot is small.

The room was really big and the facilities were great, so it was really nice.

The view, the room, the food, and the bath - everything was perfect and we were very satisfied. Every aspect of the hotel was carefully considered, and the staff were all very friendly, so we had a very pleasant stay

My husband, who doesn't usually eat much, said the food was delicious and finished both dinner and breakfast. He even had seconds of rice at breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality this time

This was my third stay. I was treated with great hospitality. I think it would be even more convenient if there was a shop inside the hotel.
