I was very satisfied.

When I entered my personal information into the self-service machine at check-in, I was late, so there was no one around, but during busy times, the information is completely visible, so I think it would be better to change the display. The room was neither good nor bad. I was alone, so it was fine.

I checked in in the evening, but due to construction work on the parking lot, I was redirected to a different lot. There was no explanation, so I didn't know how to get in and couldn't enter the parking lot. Also, there was no explanation when I checked in at the front desk, so I had to ask each time about whether breakfast was available, etc. The bath was also a little far away, so I went to get a ticket, but they simply told me it was across the bridge and that if I didn't know, I should look at the QR code. When I went there, I couldn't find it at all, and returned drenched in sweat without even taking a bath. I looked at the map at the front desk, but it was in a place I couldn't find without being told. One man at the front desk that night was awful, but the other man just ignored me and simply handled the paperwork. It was a terrible night. I was disappointed that even Kyoritsu had employees like that.

It would have been even better if there had been a little more variety.

It was a shame there wasn't a large public bath.
There were plenty of free services available.

There was no hot spring facility, but there was a hot spring at an affiliated hotel, but it was quite far away and cold, so it was very difficult. I didn't have time in the morning, so I couldn't go in. That's the only thing I regret. I was only told to walk, so I think the bus directions need to be explained in more detail. (I looked it up and there was one.)
The sunset over Lake Shinji was beautiful. It was cold, but I'm glad I was able to see it.
