Enjoyed my stay here. Might not be able to spot the hotel from the station but it takes less than 10 minutes and Google map can help.

This hotel is the perfect destination to choose when travelling in Tottori. It is very close to the Tottori station and there are a lot of onsen choices, local eateries around too. The onsen provided in the hotel is very good and comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Tottori Station. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. For a small city like Tottori, it's considered a pretty good hotel and is very popular.

I'm not sure why this place is marketed as suitable for families. We skipped the hot spring baths because pre-showering wasn't permitted, and honestly, artificial hot springs don't really appeal to me. Overall, it was just okay – nothing particularly good or bad. On the plus side, it's very close to Tottori Station and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Good location, near by Tottori station ! But car parking is often full and no complementary water bottles is offered for in house guest.

We booked this hotel on Ctrip for a family of four (two adults and two 6-year-old children). We paid a total of JPY 28,000 through the platform. However, upon arrival, the front desk demanded an additional JPY 12,000. I tried to reason with them, explaining that we had already paid the full amount, including for the kids. The hotel staff insisted that we wouldn't be allowed to check in unless we paid the extra JPY 12,000, citing their policy. This is a deceptive practice that everyone should be wary of, especially those traveling with children!

The room was a good size, and I primarily booked it for its convenient location. There's a communal bath on the second floor, and after a long day of walking, a soak there was really refreshing. Breakfast was simple but filling. However, the price during the summer holidays wasn't great value for money.

Though the room was compact, it was spotlessly clean, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around. Right at the hotel's corner, there's a super delicious ramen shop that my child declared was the best noodles she'd ever had!
