Just about a five-minute walk from the airport shuttle and JR station. The hotel offers self check-in and check-out, and the machines even have a Chinese language option, which is super convenient. Plus, you can pick up toiletries in the lobby – a total win for introverts like me! The room was small but felt really cozy and comfortable.

Friendly staff, neat rooms, meals are incredible, free and fast Wi-Fi, quiet environment. There's not a single thing wrong with this hotel. Recommended.

Alot of food options around the hotel and 5 minutes away from JR sannomiya line. Overall a very comfortable stay!

The hotel closed to the Sannomiyacho where you can find food, shopping, etc. if you plan to go to Motomachi Shopping Street & Nankinmachi (Chinatown), they are all in walking distance (within 18 min). If you are planning to start with a road trip, there is one rental car shop just at the ground level back door of the hotel.

The hotel room was really small; we couldn't even open two suitcases. The windows didn't open, so the room felt stuffy and we had to keep the AC on to air it out. Breakfast was very basic, nowhere near what you'd get in China. However, the location was great – super close to Kobe Sannomiya JR Station, just a 5-minute walk. It was really convenient for getting around and finding places to eat.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Although the room is a bit small, the location is excellent. You can walk to the bus station in less than 5 minutes and take the Shinki Bus directly to Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets (about a 40-50 minute ride) to start your shopping spree! If you turn left after exiting the hotel, there's a drugstore and City Tower Plaza, which has a large, well-stocked supermarket. To the right...

Ordered connecting rooms for 3 at high floor, very nice, clean, and complete amenities aside from luggage storage but no big deal. Location is fantastic, 6-8 mins walking distance from Sannomiya station and bus stop from KIX. Many shops and restaurants around so convenient. Front desk english not good but check in still no issues, check out using machine so very fast. All in all a great value for a 3 star hotel and highly recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Sannomiya Station, making it super convenient to get around. However, the rooms are tiny. Even for a single person, a double room would feel cramped. There's an Aeon supermarket nearby, along with Hankyu and Daimaru department stores. But honestly, shopping in Kobe isn't as good as Kyoto; there's less variety in stylish items.

Next to the hotel, there's Niku Gekijo, which has high ratings on Xiaohongshu (XHJS) and Google, but the meat quality is actually just mediocre. Also, the Yakiniku Juban nearby offers a set menu for around 100+ RMB, but you only get a few very thin slices of meat. Seriously, when it comes to food in Kobe, don't trust Xiaohongshu or Google reviews.

1. I stayed for four nights, but the front desk didn't mention that housekeeping would come on the third day when I checked in. I thought if I didn't hang the 'do not disturb' sign, they wouldn't enter the room. Coincidentally, on the third day, I had period cramps and was resting in bed. Around 1 PM, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and then directly swiped their card to open it 😑. Hearing the door open, I immediately shouted a few times for them to close it, and thankfully, they didn't come in (PS: From the sound of it, they seemed to be an Indian man, imagine the internal drama I was going through 😑). Afterward, I reported it to the front desk staff, Ms. Sakura, who explained the situation and apologized repeatedly. However, not informing guests beforehand about this is really unfriendly.
2. The location is close to Sannomiya Station, which is convenient for transportation, but it's also right by the train tracks. It was genuinely a bit noisy. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend booking a hotel further away from the railway tracks (PS: Earplugs from FamilyMart saved my life 😐).
3. Before booking, I saw reviews mentioning hygiene issues, but I thought they were isolated incidents. After checking in, I also 'happily received' other people's hair 😑, and the bed sheets weren't very clean either.
